SmollestLight: This is the first time, to make the delisting posts more visible they will be stickied until the games are delisted.
Thank you - thank you - thank you!!!

It's a shame Tesla Effect is delisting, I hope it will come back in a month under different publisher (Big Finish Games?).

Anyone who have any Tex Murhpy game, you should buy it, the game is really nice, I made it almost to the end in 1 go and got stuck... ;)

StingingVelvet: We'll see if it leaves Steam too, that would indicate something like music or likeness rights.
Or somebody could simply tell us - that would be something we could try ;)
I doubt "expiring licenses" is part of any NDA.

deja65: Thank you GOG very much for the heads up. I waited so long to get it but never did :/. I guess now or never. Is this the first ever stickied game removal notice in the history of GOG? I certainly don't remember seeing those stickied tho. Cheers

I might be the only one, but I don't think that's a good idea. Especially when there are always several sticky threads (mostly rules and stuff for new users), I never look at that section (because I don't expect to find any news there). For me making something sticky is a sure way to make it invisible.
preemptive suggestion: somebody create a "Tesla Effect (re-release)" wishlist entry.

Great idea!

Making the Delisting news a "Sticky" topic is a good idea. Thanks for that.
Damn, it's the only Tex Murphy game I don't own on here.
Ouch!!!!!!!

What a really really bad news.....

Only an opinion, i enter to the forums several times at day but the "orange" sticky notes don´t focus my eyes as the blue posts. I noticed now and the post was put yesterday. It´s only my little suggestion. Thanks.

Fairly true for me, too. If this new tactic might help more people than it harms, it's probably a good thing to try, but I was on the forums a fair bit yesterday, and I didn't notice this topic until just now.

SmollestLight: Due to expiring licensing rights, Tesla Effect will be delisted from our catalog on Thursday, May 7th, 3pm UTC.

For everyone who purchased it prior to delisting, the game will remain in their GOG library.
Well, good is that I have this game in the collection, and of course it's sad that this game will (i hope only for a while) disappear from GOG Store. Special thanks for that you bringing this to our attention, respect for that.

I'm a representative of Big Finish Games. We've been attempting to reach out to GOG regarding this for just over a week, but have not been able to make contact. Can somebody from GOG please advise?

I've passed the message to GOG Staff, hopefully they'll get in touch with you soon.
