There was only one game I REALLY wanted, but it wasn't on sale; it is never on sale and only discounted by owning the previous game(s) in the series. I'm a little disappointed, but hopefully it will be on sale one day.

I bought 2 games on Steam. Risen 3 Complete Edition (9,99€, 75% off) and Final Fantasy 4 The After Years (7,24€, 50% off).
It was the last singleplayer Final Fantasy on Steam I needed.

I'm on the fence about Gat Out of Hell (overpriced DLC? I guess I would prefer 60-75% off), Goat Simulator (hilarious and laugh-out-loud funny or is the joke on the people who buy a buggy tech demo with lukewarm humor? has it mor longevity than Surgeon Simulator, which to me was fun for 5-10 minutes?) and Just Cause 2 (what makes it so popular? isn't the setting and game world boring?).
Good thing that GTA IV has SecuRom, decisionmaking gets much easier with SecuRom! ;)

Steam does this a lot during their sales. It makes no sense to me. Why even offer a bundle on sale when the price of the individual games on sale is less?
Price of individual products: $7.47
Bundle Cost: $11.99

And if you'd be so kind, allow me to direct your attention towards this game. It's not on GOG and certainly worth it at that price.

Got Serious Sam 3 and Max Payne 3.
I got the Gold version of Serious Sam, since it includes Jewel of the Nile. For Max Payne 3 however, it seems all DLCs are multiplayer only, so I stuck with vanilla.
Only 2 more left.

It turns out for me the best deal in that sale was How to Survive for 96 cents, paid with dirty trading card money. :D
A lot of what I've read and heard about it suggested that it was rather bad, but I'm actually really enjoying it. Not sure if that says anything about me or the reviewers, maybe the high default price and disappointed expectations just didn't allow others to see it in the same light as I do now. Or maybe I just haven't played it for long enough yet, but the 8 hours I've put into it so far were fun and I really appreciate it and think it's quite well done for what it is.

I have it in my library, but didnt get to play it yet, I guess Ill install it this weekend.
Id say my best deal was Hero Siege for under a €, I played around 9 hours and still have fun playing.
This just shows that you dont always have to throw 60€ away for an AAA Title to have fun.
