While this post is not Steam DRM-Free related, I just want to tell you guys about a game thats worth to look at.

Rive

The Steam version does not work without Steam-client., but at Humble Bundle you can get the drm-free version (Steam key also included).

I already bought it a while ago. While the Steam version is being updated all the time, the drm-free is not.
But now the drm-free is up-to-date too :-)

Check it out!

Evoland and Evoland 2 can be added to the list.

Tested on Win7/64

Does anyone have "Double Dragon 4" or/and "Maldia Castilla EX Cursed Castile"?

Can you check if it is drm-free?
Endorlight works without Steam. Like usual, I downloaded it from a Windows XP VM to my Windows 10 host machine, the latter of which doesn't have Steam installed.
The just released :

Styx - Shard of Darkness - http://store.steampowered.com/app/355790/

Is DRM-free; it was officially announced by the dev on Steam forum but I tested it; as in bought it & Downloaded it then copied it to another, offline, computer without Steam and the game run without issue.

Now the real question is... why is it not on Gog!

Probably because the publisher has stopped bringing their games here (3 years since their last release).

Hunting Unlimited 2010 works without steam installed
Tested using Wine
I'll be updating the thread soon, everyone. Sorry for the delay, I've been feeling under the weather. Also, it looks like I'm going to be taking Furi off of the list, thanks to the latest update :/

EDIT: Okay, we're all updated again!

I just checked The Journey Down Chapters 1 & 2 and both run without steam on Linux.
Gold Rush! Classic
Gold Rush! Anniversary

Both games could be played without Steam client.
Note that the Classic version is included in the Special Edition of Gold Rush! Anniversary.
NEON STRUCT runs fine without the Steam client. In the game's license the developers actually say this:

"We believe that DRM is harmful to gaming culture and ineffective in combating piracy. For these reasons, we do not include DRM in our games. We ask that you respect this decision by not pirating this game."

which I think is pretty cool. It is a really good game, with cool visuals and an awesome soundtrack.

I tested this on Linux, but I guess its is okay to assume this is true for the other operating systems as well.

Hi again, I asked someone here to test Bayonetta and they said that it still needs the Steam client to run
