Bomb Chicken is DRM-Free using the steam_appid.txt trick.

Windows 7

Also just checked and I dunno why Tiny Barbarian DX is on there. Maybe it got an update that changed something cause it does not run without Steam.

This is great news! Nitrome replied me on twitter saying they could release Bomb Chicken on GOG in the near future, though they're now focusihg on steam release...

Not sure if it was mentioned, but Yar's Revenge (2011) is DRM-free. Can't access leaderboards or Steam Achievements without Steam, and the game needs its steam_api.dll file to run, but it is playable without needing Steam.

Tested on Windows 10 Home, 64-bit.

Among The Sleep - Enhanced Edition runs in Windows without the Steam client with no tweaking needed (currently Linux is already marked as yes, but there's a ? for Windows).

According to users on the Steam forums, the recently released Ori and the Will of the Wisps is DRM Free and does work on Windows 7.

Also a free game called Bird Gut is DRM Free only when using the app is.txt trick.
