Is this something similar to Shadowgate? ..because it looks alike and I enjoyed that game a lot

Glad to see this here; I quite liked it.

Unfortunately I won't be buying it. I backed it back in the day, and was not pleased at all on how they dealt with us drm-free backers, with only a timeframed direct download of the installer on release (with no patches or updates available). They released it eventually on humble, but didn't give drm-free keys for it anyway.
Maybe it works better with Tsioque if it shows here on release, but I wouldn't bet on it.
