Note 1: Since these are the countries that usually enjoy the deepest regional discounts (around 50% to 65% discount on average), this has probably something to do with regional pricing. Perhaps the publisher doesn't want to sell (or presell) the game in these regions. Or perhaps it's a GOG bug.

Note 2: The game is not blocked in Turkmenistan (TM), a country that normally has the same price scheme as the latter 8 countries in the list above (a.k.a. RegUZ). Perhaps the publisher thought that it might nevertheless be wiser to sell to a country that hosts the Door to Hell. Or perhaps it's a GOG bug within a GOG bug.
Is the game still blocked in these countries now that it has been released, just asking as it could become a 2nd Class list member - as it seems that it's "only" blocked in China and Russia on Steam...

Tropico 6 and Tropico 6 El Prez Edition are blocked in China (CN).

Luckily, Tropico 6 - The Llama of Wall Street [DLC] is not blocked in China, so Chinese people can enjoy it in full.

Why did Postal 2 get removed? It was the first game I bought on GOG

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics is NOT banned in Australia.

Because it is banned by the Australian government (aka refused classification)

Unfortunately the massive publicity associated with the giveaway attracted the notice of the government.

Please keep quite about other problematic games. We don't want them them to be removed as well.

No harm in revealing the giveaway. That horse has already bolted.

In Development: POSTAL 4: No Regerts + POSTAL 2 giveaway

It was banned shortly afterwards. Everyone who took part in the giveaway got to keep it though.
