The Archimedian Canuck is currently looking suspiciously at flubbucket. Problem is that flubbucket was the first one on drealmer7 for his fishing, which he consider to be Towny.
He's still open to a claim, but he think it's less of a good idea now, and he's see-sawing on who he think is most suspicious.

There are only three Vanilla Town roles.

Two are dead, therefore only one remains.

If scum claim anything other than Vanilla Town, then they're caught by a counterclaim. And since we've only got One Vanilla Town role left they will be caught by that counter claim as well.

Of course it was obvious. But not everyone sees the obvious and remembers the OP in the heat of the moment (I know, I speak from experience and from watching players as a mod).

Let me turn this around and ask you: what was the point of your post if it wasn't a warning to your scumbuddy? What exactly did you achieve by asking 'The Last Remaining Vanilla' to claim? - The one thing you achieved, beyond pointing out that there is only one left, is that you implicitly claimed not to be that vanilla. Otherwise that request would make no sense. So if you were town, this request would have told scum that you are either doctor or cop. So you might as well have gone with a full claim. The way you did it has all the drawbacks of a claim (you being outed as PR, if you are town), but none of the benefits (fixing a role and forcing scum into a conflict because they have to counter-claim someone).

So, I don't believe that a town flubb would have made that request. But for a scum flubb it would make sense. (you soft-claim PR to test the water, knowing that any hard-claim will get an immediate counter claim and as an added benefit you get to remind your scumbuddy that only one vanilla is left. Just in case.)

This analysis by the Archimedian Canuck would make no sense unless he had realized that.

Because you offered the plan "THE LAST REMAINING VANILLA CLAIMS FIRST" as an alternative to the plan 'flubb claims first.' If it is an alternative and not, in effect, exactly the same, it means that you are not the last remaining vanilla. Otherwise your suggestion would have been pointless.

Lift: leaning town, because otherwise I just despair. He was early onto Drealmer but I read that as honest mistake. I don't really have a good feel how he'd scum but he is at least pushing me and Flub. Not interactng with Wyrm, but did notice the hammer, etc... Seems blind to Agent though, which stinks.

Agent: null to scummy. At this point I start believing he might be lurking his way to a mislynch for the scum win. No interactions to speak of though. That he was off wagon and Dess got the bullet might just have been scum flipping a coin, but could also mean he is scum. I also do not like that he is against the mass claim.

Flub: scummy. OMGUS to Drealmer's wagon from being himself at L-1. Too inflexible while there, which I could see as tunneling / personal though. Posts 74 right after the lynch but comes back D2 deadset on me - not caring about other logical possibilites, not caring about risk of a rush, hinting that my derp is WIFOM. All of which tells me he knows I'm town.

Wyrm: super scummy. First RVS on Drealmer and plants the No Lynch seed / provocation. Votes Flub - soft distancing. Drealmer saw this btw - see post 20. Too quick to leave Flub's wagon at L-1. Helpfully posts the vote count to highlight the Drealmer counter wagon. Posts 40 - slips? that Drealmer put him also at L-1 - Agent had shifted to Drealmer by then though. In this same post distances himself from a hard scum read on Drealmer. Then lays very low and quiet. Then hammers while throwing some shade at me. Enough yet? Also has ignored everyone else than me until he asks Flub if he'd consider going for Lift - scummy in itself. And he's against the mass claim. And I read him as going for Dess for the nightkill - see his 33 and replace scum with PR for what was probly on his mind.
