We also made a promise to bring you many more cult-classics in the future and, believe us, we did not forget.

Today, with great pride and joy, we're excited to announce Wave II of Lucasfilm games on GOG.com! Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe ;)

thebes: Not big in the Star Wars stuff myself. But if you get SWOTL it will be an instabuy for me.....

JudasIscariot: What does the abbreviation SWOTL stand for anyways?
Oh yeah, good old SWOTL. Did you know that game was the "prototype" used by Lawrence Holland and his team at the current Totally Games to make the original XWING on DOS?

XW series wouldn't exist if not for that game. So yes, if you could put it along the next games that would be AWSOME.

Laserschwert: Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe ;)
Thanks :)
Hoping for native Linux ports of KOTORs 1 & 2.

KOTOR2 doesn't have a Mac port yet -- so, while Aspyr is at it, could they also do a Linux version?

sunshinecorp: I'm sorry if this has been asked before (I don't have any free time lately and I haven't been around much on the forum) but is there any estimate on the release of more games from Lucasarts/Lucasfilm that AREN'T from the Star Wars franchise? Several amazing Lucas adventure games are still missing from the catalogue.
Would be nice to see a couple Disney games here too (thinking specifically of Tron 2.0).
TIE Fighter SE has today just nudged onto the second page. Makes me curious how many copies have been sold. (maybe 20-40k copies?)

And Maui Mallard. I always liked the soundtrack.

amcdermo: Jedi Knight had one of the most deceptive covers possible when I bought it at retail: Darth Vader with his lightsaber attacking you with only your lightsaber showing. The game takes place after Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. A really cool game but no Darth Vader. ;p

destructa: Wasn't there Vader in multiplayer?
I never played the multiplayer so never knew. ;p

You'd think Vader was more than just a multiplayer character when it shows you fighting him on the front cover. It is a very cool cover regardless.
Speaking of Vader, I just saw bad boy on line and I think we all need to have one.

Meh. The original still looks way better to me.

I didn't post anything, i must say. And it is possibly the first post ever.
i am not as much of star wars, but
I really Do appreciate all those marvelous titles from LucasArts (dark forces 2 with meysteroius of the sith is my choice :) ). But one i still Do really miss one most: Rebel Assalut 2 .... this cinematic action game was something that kept me many times in front of my computer.
i beg you GOG. bring it to GOG.
"We're planning bring you even more fantastic Disney/Lucasfilm catalog gems soon!" "Soon" being months of course but this is for those worried we won't get any more Disney/LA games.

Calling it now. A port of masters of teras kasi.
So now we have 18 Lucas games aboard (from which I bought X-Wing and Indy (and propably Rebellion & Dark Forces at weekend); would've been five if I wouldn't own Kotor I & II and JK II hardcopies already for years).

How many yet to come? How many games were be announced altogether when the first ones appeared? I can't remember.

Originally it was "20+ titles", but I think Disney has been satisfied enough with the sales that we'll see a good number more classics, especially DOSBox/ScummVM-able ones.

If you have a Twitter account, you might let this guy know you want more :) - https://twitter.com/sethdavis
