nijuu: I saw this game a while back. Is it worth it?. Any good?
There's a browser demo available here. The gameplay is pretty simple, the heroes attack automatically and your task is to manage your party while they're doing that, quickly provide them with potions before they run out of hp, make them switch places, equip different items or use special abilities, level them up (which means choosing which of three stats to improve) and first and foremost make them survive wave after wave. In between the waves you sometimes get to choose between two cards, either the more helpful of two positive events (e.g. healing your party) or the lesser evil of two handicaps complicating the next battles (e.g. slowing one character down).

EDIT:
I also found this video titled QuestRun Explained, if you're looking for some gameplay footage.

I got the BTA and so far find both games decent so far. Also the graphical designe makes them really likeable.

Does QuestRun allow to set any technical options in the menu? E.g. is the resolution fixed or can you change it (and if it's fixed, can you telll which resolution it's using)?

grimwerk: As far as I'm concerned, borking the link in the OP is effective.

This thread serves me as both a link to whichever bundle this is and a reminder that I should check it again. I typically only open the first page and wouldn't have realized Primal's complaint had he not modified the link and made me curious as to why. In the past, this and other GOG threads have been immediately responsible for purchases I've made elsewhere. I appreciate GOG's openness, as I can use this forum as a sort of one-stop gaming portal. Primal and the other posters here that keep my ungrateful ass informed are helpful chaps, and I don't like to see them irked. What's more, his complaint is valid, so they can do without my (paltry) business til he's satisfied.

SirPrimalform: It just so happens that I've been conversing with one of the admins via PM on their forums this evening and I'm ok with them again. I stand by what I said about the stuff they said, but they've taken it back and revised their policies.

So purchase to your heart's content. I wasn't actually calling for a boycott of them anyway, I just felt they didn't deserve the advertising that talking about them on the forum was giving them.
glad to see they have recanted / backpedaled from their prior statements.

It seems fixed, no options whatsoever, looks like 1024x768 or slightly bigger to me.

I haven't bought it yet but just checked the game page again and, boy, this game is selling fast. Almost at $1,000, much of it just in the last couple of hours.

As far as I know though, it's the first time it's ever been sold anywhere (could be wrong on that?) so maybe that's why?

Overall though it looks like a fabulous game.

"QuestRun Alpha 0.1.0 is out !
QuestRun is available today ! You can get it 50% off until the next big update !

New game:
Pandora Purge of Pride (DRM free, Desura - Windows, Mac, Linux)

BTA: Pandora Soundtrack (MP3)
Any thoughts on this game ?

...the girl looks like the main character on Grey's Anatomy?
I watched the gameplay video on Desura (http://www.desura.com/games/pandora-purge-of-pride), and the thing that worries me most is that there are some first person platforming bits.... it may sound like a good idea, but it never works in practice. Still, I might bite on this on. Take a day to read about it and consider.
New game is up:

Elliot's Quest
BTA: Elliot's Quest OST

Looks like a neat little game. Sounds somewhat Metroidvania-esque which I always like. Will probably pick this up tonight or tomorrow after looking at it some more.
