Considering the other rules, only the first one would matter unless they were the last person to shoot in a round and they happened to get a click, in which case the second comes into play. All the rest get ignored since the person would have either had their shot for the round and/or the gun would have fired.

Damn, I just forgot and mindlessly wrote sepate posts that appear now as a single one, edited.
My deepest apologies.
If there is a bump or time passes, I will write again with a shoot.
Also I would like to propose that, in order to speed up the game, responsible players that know that they will be away for a while ask the mod to PASS, so that even if they remain eligible for taking a shot, the game does not stop for them to shoot, until they say that they are back, of course. What do you think?
joppo: Whatever this was I missed it but I'm hoping you'll be up in your feet and doing all those acrobatics you're known for in a jiff.
Microfish_1: Bad heart issues ( Angina pectoris -- danger of cardiac arrest-- and an infarct) about August 1 requiring emergency surgery in the middle of last game. Good that you overcame all that successfully. Take care plz
