Just checking that you know 5pm GMT is 6pm here, right? BST doesn't take GMT with it, so we're on GMT+1 at the moment.

Okay it's looking like almost everybody is ready to play, and those that haven't confirmed aren't bothered either way.
We might have another two or three join last minute!

My plan is:
open the game thread at 5pm gmt.
one hour introductions and bants
second hour bants but now the mafia know who they are
third hour onwards the gun is prepped
time passes
count the survivors
