Hi all! :)

It’s not a secret that GOG.com, the platform and community gathered around it, is growing at an exceptional rate all around the world. We keep that in mind as we look for ways to improve our service for everyone. Obviously, one of the most important functions for all of you is downloading your purchases - preferably as fast and as reliably as possible.

For some of you this might sound familiar (yep it’s our 3rd time!), once again we are in the process of benchmarking various download locations, and trying to get the most representative sample of worldwide results. That means as many unique ISPs / cities / countries as possible, and we need a little help from you! :) Below you will find a simple test that requires just one click and won't take more than 2 minutes of your time to complete:
http://www.gog.com/2015_cdn_test

Your help is greatly appreciated here! Of course you can run the test as many times as possible (preferably at different locations and different times of day). Oh, and keep in mind that we used a little bit of Flash in this test, so if you want to participate please make sure you have the flash player installed and/or your are not using any flash blocking plugins in your browser.

I hope GOG will show us the CDN results soon...
So how long should we keep doing this?
Hopefully this stuff helps out the speeds.
Test 1,103.....Done.....90 seconds.....17.30.....
We would like a response please Mr and Mrs Gog,how many more tests do you need?
Since I haven't been able to download a GOG game in days, I'm certainly hoping this CDN Test will fix the server issues soon. There are other people experiencing GOG connection problems as well. Will we get to see the CDN results in the next few days?
Done.....90 seconds.....04.45....
Not Done.....17.25......0 seconds.....
well, I just had an interesting one.

test 1 completed at 83%, and when 100% rolled around....

As it has with this to do I'll highjack this thread ;)

Are there problems with GOGs upload at the moment? ATM I'm downloading at 4,5 MB/s at max, though I have a 100/100 Mb/s connection. No problem on my side what I know of, I've run a bandwith test and I get just a little bit over 100 Mb/s down on the test.

Done again, under 2 minutes.
God damn test is buggy as hell. Erasing my earlier post is really annoying.
Done in 2.16
I did the test twice with 2 hours interval.

Test 1 --> 45 seconds
Test 2 --> 45 seconds

Total --> 1 minute 30 seconds.

It was same in both cases.
Did a reinstall of my OS 10 days ago.

Ever since, I get this (see attachment).

Popup warning, "Flash plugin has stopped responding. Continue or stop script?"

Completely locks up the browser until I click the STOP button.

win 7-32bit
Palemoon fork of Firefox, all updated automatically.
Everything else using flash works normally.

For all the good it does you, here is my input from Comcast Hell.
