PaterAlf: Saudi Arabia and The United Arab Emirates get a discount???
Video games are haram, it's not like anyone is going to take advantage of that discount anyway.

Apart of raising the ire of the pixel-hating brigade, the release of 140 won't certainly leave those who still remember the "One World, One Price" motto indifferent.

At least there's another price reduction for a Kalypso game (with a strange increase for UA and regUZ):

---------------------------

The newly added game 140 is regionally priced:

>>> It is $5.59 instead of $4.99 in PL
>>> It is $5.49 instead of $4.99 in regCZ, regDE, DK, regIT, MC, MT, NL, SE, SK
>>> It is $5.09 instead of $4.99 in CH
>>> It is $5.05 instead of $4.99 in GB
>>> It is $4.39 instead of $4.99 in CA, NO
>>> It is $3.29 instead of $4.99 in regAR, BR, CL, CO, MX, PE
>>> It is $2.99 instead of $4.99 in UA, regUZ
>>> It is $1.89 instead of $4.99 in RU

---------------------------

Pricing changed for Omerta: Japanese Incentive, The [DLC]

>>> Base price changed from $14.99 to $9.99
>>> Price history for this game: On September 7, 2016, price changed from $14.99 to $9.99

>>> Regional price changed from $5.29 to $7.99 in UA, regUZ
>>> Regional price changed from $5.29 to $3.75 in RU

Update:

Because of the Cannon Fodder bugs (sporadically missing from catalogue, sometimes replaced by a game called "product_title_2140144903"; sporadically empty game page; permanently broken link for Polish installer) that GOG seems not too keen to fix, MaGog is having trouble collecting regional pricing and regional blocking information in general. I will try to work around it, but expect spotty information until GOG fixes its bug(s).

P.S. The Army Men series is regionally blocked in Brazil, South Africa and South Korea (and possibly other countries, which will be detected on Saturday (if GOG fixes the Cannon Fodder bugs)).

---------------------------

The newly added game Army Men II is regionally priced:

The colder the climate, the higher the price; ex-Soviet block excluded, of course.

With all the push for coal and weaker green power / low emissions targets and the destruction of protected forests, you'd think Poland isn't about to get a little ice age either.

Nah, it's just clever cross-selling. The more air-cons sold in a country the higher the discount on computer games. Since gamers prefer to play well tempered, it's a win-win for both industries ;-)

LOL, this might well be the better explanation to the whole regional pricing model; have a +1!

But shouldn't the USA get an enormous discount if it is about sold air-cons?

Today's menu includes a little bit of everything: ridiculous European regional prices, a last minute price increase, and a correction for a probably mistaken price which takes the opportunity to regionalize it:

Can one represent the base line, and get a discount at the same time?
