I doubt it's going to be/remain flat priced, and seeing that it will be 4.99€ on Steam, can we hope that no-one will have to pay more than the USD price?

On a side note, I hope that "scare your pants off" does not mean the game relies on scare jumps - pretty impossible to tell from the screenshots and the description on the game page, and what I could find on the Internet didn't help either.

That's indeed strange. The game isn't even popular (it's at page 27 on the bestselling list). I wonder if it is a bug, because at the same time it's 15% off which means right at them moment it costs more or less the same than before (5 cent less for me).
