Yep, you're right, for some reason I thought it was in the humble weekly get your learn on bundle.

Off-topic, but I think it was meant as a way to protect the newly formed constitutional democracy from post-war nazi activism and prevent the threat of anti-constitutional propaganda. So these laws actually aren't meant to tell people how to think, they are a means to criminalize and fight actual post-war nazi activity in Germany. The problem is that the law in Germany is very slow to adapt to the times, especially when it comes to new media like videogames and the Internet. The current laws are quite outdated, as they never predicted a use of nazi symbols in videogames when they were written, so while other works of art are excluded from the ban, videogames aren't (movies for example are not censored when they show swastikas, if they just use them in a historical context or to ridicule nazism, and the same should apply to videogames, but I guess no political party really cares enough about videogames to update the laws).
