I swear, y'all keep up with this ridiculous fearmongering and lose sight of what all this does. GOG has the same thing! It's not spyware. It's literally what's used to make the whole platform work, and gamers asked for it. Unless there's some mistake in the code that it wipes your retired system, it is NOT designed in any shape or form to affect your life in any nefarious manner.

I think GOG is genuinely on its last leg. They don't seem to care at all anymore and I guess they don't have the money to care for some reason, which is why their sales and prices aren't very good anymore, why they stopped giving away free games during sales, and why they have a separate box begging for donations on the checkout page. It feels a lot like they are just trying to squeeze the last juice from the lime before abandoning ship at this point. The dreamlist and preservation program are a total nothing, 99% of games they have added either already existed on this site without issue or were readily available elsewhere such as Steam and modern consoles. I checked out on this sad ploy completely when they announced the various LEGO platformers and Devil May Cry HD collection were being added as if those were some kind of massive wins. Nobody was asking for them because those games are as common as it gets. But everything most of us do want are legitimately old games that are hard to get working on modern hardware and unavailable to purchase anywhere due to legitimate rights and ownership issues, such as Freelancer, AvP2, MechWarrior 4, or Black and White. Those would require serious work on their part to preserve and add to the store. I just don't get the impression that they intend to follow through with their stated goals in any meaningful way and I'm pretty tired of pretending they will.

I know you only recently adopted English as a national language but you did write and speak it for a long time before that.

I actually have learning disabilities when it comes to writing and spelling. When I was younger, it was a lot worse.

Useally when I'm texting from an phone I tend to make hiccups but try not to. It honestly makes life difficult for me but it's part of life I guess.

It was worse when you were younger because you hadn't read as much. You only make the same mistakes as everyone else so I wouldn't call it a disability now.

Spelling comes from reading and reading comes from experience. English is a horrible language where there are far too many words to say what you want and so people have abused the language to make careers out of saying things in weird ways.
