Game hasn't been updated to the last version (v1.2) which means that it does not include (at least) two pieces of additional content in the form of puzzle levels accessible through the Survival mode menu - https://www.gog.com/forum/the_ball/does_this_include_the_steam_content

Apparently the GOG version of La-Mulana hasn't been updated to the latest version yet. The Steam version got an update with a bugfix last week:

*here's some context for ya - the last time someone was complaining about this game was for a March 9 updated. This update finally showed up in September 2... conveniently when their new game released here.

I'm not going to add La-Mulana for now since it's only been a week. If a few more weeks pass without the update reaching GOG, then I'll add it to the mix. Space Rangers HD will be added since it's been almost a month for that game. Thank you all for the suggestions!

EDIT: I've also taken a screenshot of the game's store description, so we'll have evidence again if we find we have another ClusterTruck situation where advertised features are absent from the GOG version.

EDIT 2: I've heard the game is also missing the level editor, so the description has been updated to reflect that.

You might want to remove Postal 1 from the list. It was updated a few weeks ago - took them long enough though. I'm not aware of any other missing update for it.
