ekeagle: -The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind lacks cloud saves, even when it's a game which needs to put long hours in it to complete.
-Ultima VII lacks cloud saveseven when it's a game which needs to put long hours in it to complete (probably the other games in Ultima series also need it).
-Commandos 3 (and probably the other commandos) can't run on Windows 10 without a workaround and don't upscale to 16:9 yet.
Thank you for the suggestions, but I'm going to leave cloud saves out of this list.. When I made this thread Galaxy didn't have cloud save support, so I'll now edit the original post to add that to the list of exceptions.

As for Commandos 3, has it been updated to run on Windows 10 and/or upscale to 16:9 elsewhere? If those problems exist in all versions of the game, then it wouldn't qualify for this list.

I heard Steam version had an update last year and since it works out of the box. I even heard it's upscaled to 16:9, but can't confirm it myself.

The easiest way to fix GOG version is to apply this unofficial patch (even when it has some Steam files in it, it also fixes the GOG version).

GOG Forums for Commandos also have a workaround which I think fixes the flickering and the crashes, but doesn't fix the color distortion in the sniper zoom reticle. It's easier to just install the patch anyway.

Notice that the patch won't upscale it to 16:9 and I don't know if the updated Steam version has 16:9 view.
