bluethief: Maybe the plot twist is that this year there's no Spring Sale afterall...
Could be :). It looks like Steam just has a week long spring sale ending Thursday (with a cute
sale animation :) ) and Epic has a couple week sale (like GOG usually does) ending the 28th. I guess Wednesday would give them the longest time as the main sale going after the others are done while still allowing comparison shoppers to check GOG prices before deciding if they want to buy on Steam.
Checking for special dates that might be nearby, I noticed that today is a decade since Linux support was announced. Would be nice if they did something nice to improve Linux support but doesn't seem likely :(.
Also, CD Projekt was started in May 1994 (as offline GOG, CDPR didn't appear until 2002) so that will be a round 30 years this year and I'm guessing they will do something special. Seems not close enough to just skip the Spring Sale entirely but if it seems meh or actually doesn't happen then maybe that is why.
