My
main reason for doing it is to stop any further big town roles getting whacked by me. Especially as we have lost the coroner. The risk was too high keeping quiet. Plus it cleared up one of the night kills - Twilight.
[...]
So, what are your other (secondary?) reasons for claiming?
Robbeasy: [...]
Mafia have many many reasons for picking players to get rid of -
Someone who doesnt post much, so theres no trail to read back over next day?
Someone who posts a lot, but theories are way off, so people reading back think they are onto something ??
Someone getting close to the truth?
Someone they suspect of having a power role?
Someone completely random, to make it as hard as possible for Town to reason why?
[...]
With the exception of the last one, do you think that all the reasons you list make it equally likely that a townie with an investigative role would choose to pay someone a visit?
Robbeasy: [...] I've already said I couldn't resist it first night - it wasn't ideal Town play, and for that I apologise, but it's hard when you get a power role to play with..;)
[...]
You took part in almost all GOG froum mafia games, and have probably played many more outside this forum. Before you claimed, flub had already
stated this was a Role Madness Game.
With all the above in mind, I'm having a bit of trouble accepting that you were unable to control any temptations your role presented.
So, help me understand it - what exactly was the temptation? To shoot someone down? Or, since you consider yourself a potential target every night, that you didn't want to end up dead before you got to use your power at least once? Something else?

And an observation:
Two of the claimed murderous roles wasn't able to perform at N0. There was also no NK. Investigators investigated.
Considering the confusing nature of the game (and if you are to believe the assumptions above) my guess is that N0 had no NK and it was our chance to pick up some clues and info to use on the next day without any risk.
Do you mean that no one went for a NK or that they were role-blocked?
Sage103082: Did we ever get a answer to what happens after the 3 times use? Do you turn into a vanilla Town? If I missed this can someone please link or tell me the post number. I will look over the thread for it again tonight after work in case I did miss it.

I asked this question
here; Robbeasy posted four times since then, but has yet to address the question, or dedoporno's one.

I was thinking about the use of the rope and I was under the impression being on the outskirts and a loner that the rope was more of a way of life thing. Similar to having to set traps to hunt and snare your food or to trap a animal that is hunting something you might have as a way of life, such as a chicken in the chicken coup. But the more I look over the flavor I think there might be something else to the role that is not being explained or is being kept secret. I would think of someone that wants to be left alone to his own life and way of life to be more neutral then town aligned. And to me that makes the stay a way a bit more understandable.

Do you mean that perhaps that rope was part of a trap mechanism and that TwilightBard triggered it, and that's how he ended up with a piece of rope tied to his leg?
