A few weeks ago, we had an issue with several folks missing some games from their shelves. Then the issue was resolved.

Well, today, I'm missing some things from shelf again, and once again, there are empty spaces on my shelf.

WTF is going on gog???

Dammit, you've been so reliable over the years, and one of the things we could all count on was that our shelves of games are secure.

I've got over 500 titles on my shelves, so I'm not sure which titles are missing, but I am sure some are missing as the total is not what it once was, and the empty slots on my shelf again. I'm not sure if it's more than one, but I think it may be more than one. But I am sure it is at least one, and I will continue to look at my purchases and see if I can figure out which title is missing.

Anyone else seeing this again??
Yes, I'm missing one game too. Have an empty space.

Let me figure out what it it.
If you own the Fallout games you are probably missing Fallout 1. Mine is gone since yesterday and it is not back yet despite some comments that it should have been fixed.

Yes. It's Fallout 1 that's missing. Thanks.

*Gulp* Let me try hitting that Refresh thing...

EDIT: Refresh didn't fix it but at least didn't screw up anything either.

How do you do the "refresh thing"????
I also have an empty space where Fallout used to be..
So that is what's missing, I just bought BG2 EE and noticed the blank space.

Thanks, that brought Fallout back, and it bumped my total back up to 537, but I could've sworn my total was 539. My memory is so flaky I can't swear to it, but I think I'm going to have to go back through all of old purchase records just to make sure.

And since this is obviously now something that will occur here and there, I guess it's time for most folks to download and backup all of their games.

Man this site is going downhill instead of improving. What a shame.

That was one of the main reasons for me to get a gogwiki account. I synced my library there and can now easily compare it if something wents missing. Much faster than going to the old purchase records. And yeah these bugs are happening too often lately.
Hmm, I still have Fallout on my shelf, strange.

I was missing Fallout a few moments ago, but when I checked just now (without having performed a refresh), it has returned... so it might not have been the account refresh that returned it to you. I'd guess that GOG just fixed it.

Is that fairly easy to do (syncing, I'm guessing getting the account is merely providing an email and getting a user name and password). And if so, do you have a link to the wiki?? Or is there a link here somewhere?
I've lost 1 game from my list, because GoG removed SotS DLC Juggernaut.
They said that it was added due to a bug, but it's still bad : \
