Correct.

Containing actual images from death camps and Nazi experiments in said camps, straight after shooting a guy on the toilet who then makes a comical poop sound...or the giant comical chef throwing giant comical meat cutters at you, is just a bad move.
...
Despite what I said above, this is a good point.
I was a tad disturbed as well by the real images of Nazi atrocities in this cartoony game, it was unexpected and not for the fain of heart.
I understand keeping one level "hard" in that sense, but one things are drawing and one explicit pictures of mounds of corpses.
Finally I completed the last episode of Blade of Agony (ver. 3.0, uncensored), that was an exhausting experience. In my opinion the very first episode is the best one, and it has mutant soldiers. Fighting hordes of undead enemies in Episode 3 was not fun, only 6 mutant soldiers in 1 bonus level. I still can't believe I was able to collect all treasures in E3M4. Several levels had thick fog in them with frequent fps drops. The final boss fight was extremely easy and disappointing.
I think my major problem with Episode 3 is that it's too long. Overall, nice game, and I liked the Keen Blue Cartridge level the most even though I was not able to collect 1 remaining treasure again (perhaps it was eaten by one of three red monsters). It was nice to see an appeal to Bethesda about Commander Keen (kind of) and a poster of none other but Max Otto von Stierlitz, a well known figure from soviet cinematography.
