Well, with the choice between PGO and Desperado, the latter is a bit more nuanced at least. A second PGO could have easily taken out a town investigative role or somesuch.

Somesuch including mafia.

It looks like I get to live thanks to this one so not that I am complaining but it also looks like we are losing non-mafia player and I can imagine better situations. There will be 4 dead players, 3 of them by town hands if ZFR is being honest.

Yeah, but in a role madness game the chances of him being visited by a townie are higher. Look at it this way... if you are town then ZFR just cleared you. That still has value, especially in resolving the conflict between you and nmillar. I still feel like we should wait for dedo and bjgames to weigh in before jumping to any conclusions.

How does the role work regarding Neutral? Does it specify a difference between Neutral and Anti-town?

Good question. I seem to remember Lift saying it would backfire at a Neutral, but I assume ZFR now has access to the specific wording.

Lift mentioned Mafia, Town and Neutral. Where would a serial killer or a lyncher, for example, fit into that?

I would term a SK or lyncher neutral, but I have no idea if that's how Trent thinks.

Sorry for the delay folks, I was playing some Horizon Zero Dawn.

The discussion had been going round and round with accusations flying when all of a sudden Daffy looks Wile E Coyote dead in the eye and says "Suffering Succotash I do believe you really are a wolf!!" and then proceeds to pull out an acme rifle and pulls the trigger shoot Wile E Coyote.
*CLICK* tic tic tic *BOOM* the rifle explodes in Daffy's hands and he is thrown backward against the wall. As before a giant knot forms on his head as he wobbles around and falls over. Two men come in with a stretcher, load Daffy up, and carry him out.

ZFR has been eliminated, he was Town Universal Backup (inherited Lift's role of Town Desperado)

With 6 alive it takes 4 to lynch.

Well I guess Vitek is confirmed not mafia then.

I guess the obvious thing is to press nmillar and see if the rest of town has a way to reconcile his version of events.

So we know the following things:

There can't be 3 mafia because the game is still running.

bjgames and Vitek are not on the mafia team, therefore the mafia must be amongst nmillar, Joe, dedo and me.

So each of the four of us have three unknowns, for me that's nmillar, Joe and dedo.

Most suspicious right now is of course nmillar, but let's not do anything rash since we're most likely at MYLO.

I suppose Vitek could still be a third party who has lied about night actions, but let's see what our absentees have to say when they return. I'm going to bed.
