Well then, would it be either Phantom Hourglass or Spirit Tracks?

If it's not either of those, then someone is likely to get sued by Nintendo.

It's neither. Though Zelda it is; so no lawyers required.

I don't know if exactly the same design is related to the games that you mentioned as I have never played them?

I don't have a guess but for some reason it reminded me of the options screen for Planescape.
