letsmaybeLP92: Aspen Universe 2020 Bundle on Groupees https://groupees.com/aspen2020
Too many bundle repeats for me - and considering Aspen has been doing one Humble Bundle per year since 2016 I guess there will also be one this year that will be better suited for people that already own the earlier Humble Bundles. Of course theoretically it could be Aspen is doing this Groupees bundle instead of a new Humble Bundle but since the HBs usually are generating much more revenue (even if users can decide to give exactly $0 to the publisher) I guess (and hope) it's an additional bundle ...

Edit: Oh, I just see that there wasn't a Humble Aspen Bundle in 2019, so maybe it isn't so clever to wait for a new one after all? Hmmm ...

Humble Bundle has a massive Image Comics Bundle going right now

https://www.humblebundle.com/books/image-comics-showcase-books

There are some really top titles in here including Vol 1-4 of Monstress (seriously awesome); blivion Song (vol 1-2); Black Science (Vol 1-5); Battlechasers (also a game on GOG); Pretty Deadly (Vol 1-3); Heavy Liquid; Revival (Vol 1-4); Low (Vol 1-2); Ghost Fleet The Whole Goddamned Thing and way way more!

Also if you want some books Fanatical has some Warhammer books up for grabs - both Age of Sigmar and a huge bunch of 40K books

That's a pretty great Image bundle with less bundle repeats than I thought at first. The "Hack/Slash" omnibuses and "Criminal" alone would probably have been enough for me to buy this bundle!

New to bundles (according to my notes):
- Hack/Slash Omnibus, Vol. 1-6 (complete main series + a few crossovers)
- Curse Words, Vol. 2-5 (complete series)
- Copra, Vol. 1-5 (seems to be a complete series)
- Redlands, Vol. 1-2 (complete series)
- Pretty Deadly, Vol. 2-3 (seems to be a complete series)
- Nailbiter, Vol. 2-6 (complete series)
- Unnatural, Vol. 1-3 (complete series)
- Battle Chasers (complete series)
- We Stand on Guard (miniseries)
- The Ghost Fleet (miniseries)
- Buzzkill (miniseries)
- Blackbird (miniseries)
- Heavy Liquid (miniseries)
- Little Bird: The Fight for Elder's Hope (miniseries)
- Savage Town (Graphic Novel)
- Criminal, Vol. 2-5 (includes "Criminal Volume One" until "Criminal Volume Three", missing are "Criminal Volume Four" #1-4 and "Criminal Volume Five" #1-12)
- My Heroes Have Always Been Junkies (Graphic Novel from the "Criminal" universe)
- Farmhand, Vol. 1-2 (#1-10 of 15+, ongoing)

Thank you for clarifying which series are complete and which are not. Does Image have their own digital store with drm free items? Might try comizology but dunno if all of Image titles are actually DRM free...

Thank you for sharing this! It's very helpful. I missed this huge Image bundles.

FYI: Revival reached its conclusion at #47. It's a complete series now.

Thanks, I'll correct my list.

Geddes17: The Fanatical Dynamite bundle is better than I first thought since it includes many newer comics most of which haven't been bundled (completely) before - and luckily for me quite a few of the repeats are from bundles I haven't bought ....

Bundle repeats (according to my notes and ignoring sole #1 issues):
- Army of Darkness: Furious Road (Comixology)
- Wheel of Time #1-6 (complete series was in a Humble Bundle)
- Bionic Man vs. Bionic Woman (Humble Bundle)
- Army of Darkness #1992.1 (Groupees)
- Bettie Page Vol. 1 (Humble Bundle, Comixology and Groupees)
- Classic Red Sonja #1-4 (Groupees)
- Pathfinder Vol. 1 (Humble Bundle and Groupees)
- Vampirella Archives Vol. 1 (Humble Bundle, #1-3 of 7 also on Groupees als "Vampirella Magazine")
- James Bond: Casino Royale (Humble Bundle)
- Agent 47: Birth of the Hitman (Humble Bundle)
- Barbarella #1-4 (Humble Bundle, #1-2 also Groupees)
- Elvira: Mistress of the Dark #1-3 (Humble Bundle)
- Red Sonja (v4) #0-2 (Groupees)

New to bundles:
- Centipede
- Savage Tales of Vampirella (One-Shot)
- Dejah Thoris: Soldier of Memory (One-Shot)
- Crackdown
- Homies
- The Dresden Files: Wild Card
- Battlestar Galactica: Twilight Command
- The Art of Halfbrick
- Obey Me
- Sherlock Holmes: The Vanishing Man
- Turok: Blood Hunt
- Barbarella / Dejah Thoris
- Kiss: Zombies #1
- Xena: Warrior Princess (v4) #1-2
- Barbarella #5-6 (but the story arc seems to conclude with #7 so the two "new" issues aren't very useful)
- Elvira: Mistress of the Dark #4
- Red Sonja (v4) #3-6
i bought in too, only a drama to read on a pc screen, either to small or to large, preventing scrolling with the click of a mouse or forces you to read within keyboard reach.. i need either a suggestion for another program or get meself that cordless wave keyboard from logitech!

cover does work pretty nice!

So far obey me seemed like the most appealing read
iPad users: what apps do you use to read comics from these bundles? In the past, I've uploaded the pdfs to google play, but that's not great quality, the pagination doesn't always work well with double-page spreads, and it's fiddly anyway. What's a better solution? I've been piling up bundles because it's too much effort to read them...

Also, everyone: if you don't go for any other tier or bundle ever, at least go for the second tier of the current image humble. Stray Bullets is great, but Copra vols 1-5, easily top 20 superhero comic ever. Imagine Ditko in full-blown late career auteur-mode doing a loving homage to the 80s Suicide Squad (and other 80s DC/Marvel stuff) with an art-comics sensibility where every line and colour is hand-crafted and thoughtfully chosen, AND it also totally works on the level of a straightforward meat-and-potatoes superhero story.

I can't imagine *anyone* reading Copra and regretting buying the bundle.

They used to have one but they closed it at the end of 2018.
Back then, Image said
Future titles will be available for purchase through our other digital vendor partners, and DRM-free versions through other services that offer it, like comiXology.
I have not found exceptions to this and they might exist but Comixology is quite clear about DRM-Free backups when they exist.

I use the Chunky Comics Reader.
The Humble Book Bundle: Be the Change includes quite a few comics:

And Groupees' Aspen Bundle - that's ending today - has added one bonus comic ("Fathom: Dawn of War").

I guess Humanoids liked the success of their Groupees bundle a few weeks ago - because now they're also doing a Humble Bundle (with many repeats, obviously):

Edit: Less bundle repeats than I first thought; many new-to-bundles comics. I guess I'll have to buy that one as well ... *sigh*

Plenty of Jodorowsky, which is great, but I'd add more actual euro stuff rather than those Image-style looking comics I'm seeing there... Still, I'll buy it.
