Temps seem to be 32-35C at idle. Havent actually played anything yet, but during real test stress test (all cores 100%) the temps in cores were between 78-81C.

With any luck ill get to building my new primary comp next week aka "Operation Saving Private Tabletop Space". Ive got everything else, except the new smaller case and gpu.
Very nice(thanks for pictures), I like it!

Np, glad you like. I just hope it keeps on working :D

btw the Silverstone SG05 case is small. Like really small - i added couple more photos with the help of typical finnish ruler:

http://s24.postimg.org/uhsjq2g39/WP_20140928_005.jpg
http://s24.postimg.org/k902k8s1h/WP_20140928_007.jpg

Official dimensions are 222 mm (W) x 176 mm (H) x 276 mm (D), 10.8 liters. I seriously think that majority of people do not really have need for bigger case than this. As minus it only supports gpus up to length of 10" - but unless youre super-super serious about the latest and greatest triple A games, that wont be problem either.

...personally i got about this by getting myself Ncase M1, but more about that after ive actually received it and put it together ;)

Please keep me updated! Small cases are the nicest :D
Here's mine:

Build Date:
26th April 2014

MOBO:
AsRock B85 Pro4

CPU:
Intel Core I5 4570 @ 3.2GHz

CPU Cooler:
SilentiumPC Fortis 2

RAM:
8GB (2x4) Crucial Ballistix 1600MHz

GPU:
MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB TwinFrozr Gaming

HDD:
1TB Seagate 7200RPM

PSU:
Thermaltake Smart SE 530W Modular

Case:
Zalman Z3 Plus

OS:
Windows 8.1 64bit

And I'm very happy with it. I switched from 32bit XP with old processor and 4000 series Radeon, so it's been a huge performance difference. Although there are 8 fans in total, it's quite quiet, even when plying.

My biggest gripe is the case, it doesn't seem very durable (when you try to detach the front panel, it's so resistant and makes such sounds that you'll thin you gonna break it to pieces) and the fact that sometimes it starts to resonate. Also the PSU cables are flat and rigid, making them hard to fit in an orderly fashion.

I agree with you about this :)

There are some builds that are interesting to read and see pics about, but which would not accept in my house even under threat of death (lots of pics):

and your video card is ?

need a bigger hd

battlefield 4 alone is around 40 gig
The PC my wife and I use most often currently (after the fan died in her Dell Inspiron 1720) is a Thinkpad X120e, an AMD E-350 based 11.6" laptop with 6GB of RAM and a 250GB disk.

The HTPC has a Phenom II X3 710, 4GB RAM, 60GB SSD + 2TB HD, Radeon 5550.

My main gaming device is a Nexus 7 (2012), Tegra 3, 1GB RAM, 32GB storage.

My gaming PC (second gaming device after the Nexus 7) is an ASUS VivoTab Note 8, Bay Trail Atom, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal flash + 32GB microSD card.

I also have a desktop PC, but it hasn't been plugged in for over 3 months.

(Edited: the X120e has a 250GB HD.)

Lol, 500 GB is not enough for 40 GB game? :p
Nah, your HDD is okay, but we can't really tell you without knowing your GPU.

if he plans to do more gaming then just battlefield 4 then 500 gig is nowhere near enough
i filled up a 750 gig hd in no time and i didnt even install everything i wanted too

...gods i miss the time when a 320 gig hd was huge and back ups were a few cd's not a stack of blu rays

snowkatt: snip
Nah, I have 500 GB HDD with over 100 games installed and I still have over 100 GB free space. Yeah, I don't play sh*tty games like BF4 :p, but still, I see no reason to buy new HDD in this case. He will probably need money for a new GPU.

...with 8 tb i dont really notice it that much
but games these days eat space liek nobodies business and 500 gig to me is small ...ish
