Hi Mac Folks …

Many of you know that Apple is releasing a new OS come fall with a new file system. Do the beta testers and good folks at GOG know how and if this will affect GOG games? Like, is HFS+ required for playing GOG games or will they run off of APFS as well?

APFS(Apple File System) make a lot of troubles for various games.
Mac gamers should hold the OS upgrade for a while.

Both old and new games are affected.
Unpatched Unity games are affected.

A few of them have been fixed by GOG.
Most of them still unplayable on High Sierra.

I have a mac with 10.13 update (high sierra). For now, many of the GOG games are incompatible. I have purchased a game and am disappointed that i can't play it. Can you tell me how long will it take that this prolonging issue is solved?

The incompatibility list have changed several times, and I did not update them to latest version.
GOG still try to make those games compatible with High Sierra, but the progress is quite slow.

Which is exactly why I've postponed upda... downgrading from Sierra indefinitely. =/

You should be able to request a refund. Try contacting GOG support.

I really hope that they update all the wadjet eye games on the High Sierra. I think it just doesn't work on GOG but works everywhere else.
