trentonlf: I never said your theory was dumb, but it did make me laugh at how you were trying to use a previous game to give yourself town credit this game. Simple as that.
Town credit nothing. My entire point was that in the past I've been pressured to drop what turned out to be a completely correct read and that past experience tells me I shouldn't let that happen again.

blotunga: Sorry about my only post regarding scene. As you might know, I'm in a different time zone. I unvoted scene so that I still might have some input in the morning when I had time to read all and digest carefully.. However things went down so fast that by the time I woke up, scene was dead and we couldn't post anymore.
I'm sorry this casts doubt on me, especially since I was asking for the real cop to come out, but my experience with Mafia is zero in hindsight, it's completely different from what I remember from many years ago when I was in high-school.
At this point I tend to believe both trent and zfr, since the other option would be that they are scumbuddies and bussed scene to get town cred. Starting from that assumption at this moment I'd go with
vote SPF
He just jumped to quickly on zfr based on past experience. The exchange between zfr and trent however seems convincing enough for me.

You just put a player at L-2 because "He just jumped to quickly on zfr based on past experience."?
Did you read his explanation? Don't you realize that if, what by your own admission you believe is true, trent and I are town, then town!SPF would mean the other two scum are still out there and can easily hammer or put at L-1 to force a claim? You're willing to take that risk for such a flimsy reason?

You keep playing the "sorry I'm a newbie" card, but I'm beginning to doubt it. You were a newbie in Secret Hitler yet didn't make such mistakes. And a newbie in your situtation now would simply vote noone instead of quickly jumping on SPF.

Well I woke up just now and I am sick because of stress and this stupid April Weather changes from 9°C to 20°C felt every second day. I did not read everything good and mayby did not understand something so I will stop for now with my opinion and analysis about who I feel is scummy. What I am going to say is, I believe The Canton Calf because he and The Hypersomniac could just stay silent instead of argumenting, I am inexpierienced when I a looked like a traitor on Day 1&2. If they where scum they could just it as it is and let over to get a wagon for me. (Sorry if this is not good englisch) And from what his role says Zephyrs role seems believable.

are not another "distancing" attempt by scene.

Problem is, if HSL is a scum on scene's team, I'm not sure blotunga would be the third one. Would scene switch his vote from scum!HSL to scum!blotunga on D2?

HSL was the only one to consider my scene-bussing-blotunga theory on D2. Others found it unlikely or dismissed it outright (e.g. trent). Again, I'm not sure what to make of this, but I think scum!HSL would react that way to it.

A very quick note. I've switched ISPs today, and my Internet connection has been pretty iffy all day and down at the moment (posting this from my neighbour). Hopefully it will have been resolved by tomorrow.

Wow, not a huge amount of activity today.

It would be hypocritical for me to make a big deal out of blotunga's hasty vote on me as it seems he did pretty much exactly what I did to ZFR just before. Trenton(ca)lf however seems unrepentant and unwilling to back up his rather thin reason for voting for me. Hopefully it won't read solely as OMGUS when I
vote Trentonlf.

Well it's a bit OMGUS, but I honestly think that his vote and low effort reasoning are scummy. What I mean is that I like to think I'd be voting for him for those posts even if I wasn't his target.

Ugh, yeah I've been thinking about that. Scene being a ninja makes a town watcher/tracker almost a given. Trent not being CC'd and him knowing you targeted yourself means he could only really be scum if you also were (and this is an elaborate joint falseclaim). I guess that's pretty unlikely but I obviously can't rule it out.

Koro I'm finding impossible to read as I find his posts hard to read (no offence intended Koro, your English is a lot better than my highschool German).
Even giving blotunga the benefit of the doubt about the vote on you, his links to scene throughout this game have been... interesting.

The last two I'm not sure about. No vibes, at least not enough to rank one above the other in terms of scum likelihood.

Why do you think me town? I can't shake the eerie feeling I'm being buddied up to...

I think you're wrong about SPF. I also think most of Scene's Day 3 posts were all his doing and not some crazy scheme they dreamed up during the night.

I wrote the reason why and to what extent I think you town in the post you quoted. If you were scum you would've coached scene on what answer to give to the first question you asked when he claimed.

Given how we're not at MYLO, I'd be even willing to vote anyone of the three of blotunga-HSL-Pooka, and if that turns out town, go for the remaining two...

... except I'm not sure scene's claim wasn't his own initiative. Couldn't he come up with it himself and his "no one coached me" was an honest admission? In that case, maybe he did it to draw heat away from the top wagons of D3. And those were scene and... SPF (and blotunga).
