Depends if you're looking old school, new school, action, tactical, first person, third person, isometric, blobbers, single player, party based, open world, hybrids, rogue-likes, westerns, jrpgs, MMOs, or if you include consoles.

It's not here (yet?) but If you like Fallout 1/2 I'd highly suggest checking out Atom RPG at some point. It really nailed that fallout feeling.

I dunno, some of those really old topics like the one you linked to a bit hard to get into. I'm not used to any of the usernames, and the instructions sometimes...well, let's just say that suggestion thread design has come a long way in the last nine years. I mean, JudasIscariot wasn't even blue yet! I don't know how people put up with it.
Maybe the newer threads are more my speed. Thanks for the advice.
