If you clicked on support page when opening a ticket you could read a notice that they are experiencing heavy traffic and that response times are longer than usual. What seems to be the problem?

Yup I did notice, which is why I asked if anyone had heard from them - currently I'm just unsure if something went wrong with my purchase or if the codes are delayed or similar since the terms and conditions stated that it would take up to 14 days for the code to be sent out. But I messaged ponczo a moment ago who I hope will be able to help me :D

Since the banner is still on front page, I think there should be still some keys left.

Got it wishlisted before. Free games always welcome.
It took 11 days, I guess refunds are resetting a clock
Game weighs only 1.3GB
After all I am here for games :D learned new word on this forum, "a backlog"
and instantly thought these are games on a far end of the wishlist,
really worth to check email (sometimes labelled as promotion) it has been waited to see me for two days
