Perhaps they are waiting for the promo to end, before sending out keys?
Would be nice if someone involved (from GOG or Visa) could comment on this.
You're all impatient, that's one thing, but the other one is that you don't read T&C. I won't paste my post from the other thread, but you can read it here.

Sarafan: Register your e-mail on the promo page, then select the card payment option once you go to the checkout, fill your card details and click "Save for my next payment". Now pay for your order and that's it! :)
"save for my next payment"
.... makes sense
i was looking for a page like on steam where one can register their card long before they even decide to buy something
Wait a second, why adding card to your account is in T&C of promotion but there is no mention of it here https://lp.gog.com/en/visa ? If that is real requirement then its really bad to omit it in promo description.

I am aware of that. It says "...can take up to 14 days..."
And I make the assumption everyone knows to keep their Visa card saved in his/her account.

But as some people here already wait for ~10 days a small comment from GOG or Visa would be nice. Just to make sure everything is going according to plan.

My code came today!
That makes ~8-9 days of waiting, so be patient.
Same. Don't know if it's a first come, first served thing, but codes are starting to be sent.
The same boat,I have got the key and redeemed successfully!Just think it as a small gift for me on my Mid-autumn Festival and also it's our National Day! Haha.
Mine came 3 hours ago too.

Guess I'm blind.

Oh well no regrets. I got games i wanted anyway. Not that interested in children of morta.
No email so looks like I missed out, did it like 9 days ago,
Hey, we've distributed the first batch of codes yesterday but still lot of Mortas have been waiting for you. Worry not, we'll let you know when we're close to the final number of registrations. If you registered 9 days ago, made a purchase and have your Visa card saved on GOG (even if you did save it in the past), you should've received the code yesterday, so please, check the spam folder, if possible :)
