The promo is still on, got an email today, so decided to go for it.
Got this message after the successful payment: "unfortunately the payment method could not be saved at this time, please contact support"
So i emailed support, got an automated reply message about gift cards (completely unrelated to my problem), and it said that if i still have problems it might take up to 4 weeks to get a response.

Since I wanted to buy one more game anyway - tried saving my card this time. Got the same error as some of you here. :/

OK. That's weird. I got to the Orders History and the card is saved there. Let's wait few days now to see if it caught up in the system... :O

Just to follow up - just got an e-mail allowing me to grab the game earlier today.
Tbh. I think that this promotion works quite well from the technical point of view.

I just got my code today. Been almost 3 weeks since my purchase but the delay was due to technical issues. FWIW Support got back to me on Mon so a turnaround/solution within a week is pretty good considering they're swamped.

I've received exactly the same massage and confirmed with support that I still qualify. In doubt it's always good to ask support, but in your case I'd wait a while, I guess you'll receive your code in the next batch.

I did the promo but got an error of some kind that resulted in not getting the game. Sent a GOG support query in figuring they'd sort it out like usual. Took a while due to the overload they're under but they sorted it out and I got the free game, but they also refunded my purchase which wasn't absolutely necessary.

It's all good tho as they're getting my money back one way or another for Cyberpunk anyway very soon.

I opened a ticket because I never received the code for this promotion. (Spent +25 USD and saved my Visa card)

It's been over 40 days since opening the ticket and 20 days since hearing any update! When can i expect to get an update on this?

Yes, but it didnt help. I actually have an open ticket where someone did reply a 2 times but has since stopped responding :/
