Enfin democratie bestaat zegt men , men kan reageren, maarre ik besluit vaak gewoon niet te reageren om discussies te voorkomen.

None of this here, of course. Probably "too niche" (tm).
some look pretty good, i dont play 3d ( because of the 3d motion effects) but if i could i might even buy some of the games, but since i cant i stick with 2d games , i even skip 2d platform cause they have lots of bacground that move up and down , and paralax scrolling is also a no for me .

Anyway, niche is not a good description Bigfishgames is 100% more of the same, yet they sell well, i would not mind earning tons of euros or $ , cause many kids and women seem to buy the games, so i would love to become a 'niche' millionair , imagine me making tons of $ with niche games :D , this way niche becomes nice :D

O... ik weet wat jij je bedoelt. Ik heb vaak bonje online maar ik geniet er best wel van. er is niet leuker dan somige mensen pissig te maken vooral de aanstellende types die niet tegen andere menings kunnen. Gevaarlijkste waar je op kan commenten zijn de haatbaarden die doen vaak gelijk doodbedreigings.

ja klopt, maarre ik reageer ook vaak niet op bepaalde mensen , zoals de hb die je noemde, ik ben namelijk een watje (althans zo noemde ze mij altijd, dacht altijd dat het mijn voornaam was , ik wilde dus een email maken met watje in engels, maar die was destijds bezet, dus toen maar gamesfreak gebruikt en de nummers afgegaan tot ze niet meer zeiden: this account already exists , vandaar dus gamesfreak64.

Enfin, ik was de grootste wat in de familie :D , maarre ik ben het nu gewend , op den duur went alles , behalve die ouwe pc, daar erger ik me op, dan wil ik wel eens het toetsenbord slopen ( zoals die van de ich will unreal tournament spielen) die gast was best cool.
als het goed is zou deze link de videos van die gast laten zien op een pagina, kan je het orgineel zien en zijn reacties nu hij ouder is, echt lachen met die gast.

Dat % gedoe in de link is voor de spaties denk ik, ik neem aan dat de link gewoon werkt.

Die Haatbaarden is waarom i k een VPN heb genomen maar als ze komen dan komen ze maar,Maak bonje met SJW en Feministen omdat dat gespuis de wereld de grond in helpen met politiek correcte onzin. Valt me op dat je ineens gedownvote werd nadat je met mij praat, kan je zien hoe emotional je mensen kan raken met een paar hard drukkende woorden.

Ik ben alles gewond dus je kan van mij met alles spotten lig nergens echte wakker van, Al deze debatten maken je allemaal maar sterker met je woorden uitdrukken weergaloos als politiek correct zijn of niet. Simulators of all sorts are successful on the market because lots of people enjoy playing them.

And since someone here addressed "escapism" as a necessary part of games, which these simulators allegedly don't deliver...here's a little fun fact: lots of simulators get played mostly by two main groups of people:

- the people who always dreamed of doing job "A", or activity "A", but are "trapped" IRL in job "B", or otherwise not able to do so (handicapped people exist, you know?), and
- the people who play simulators, that simulate their daily field of work.

Lots of RL-car mechanics enjoy playing "The Car Mechanic Simulator", because it allows them to tinker around with cars that they probably never see IRL.

Lots of farmers enjoy "Farming Simulator" in its seventh (!) iteration already, simply because it allows them to handle machines that they can't afford IRL.

Lots of train drivers and conductors enjoy "Train Simulator" and "Train Sim World", etc., because it allows them to drive engines and routes, that they won't ever drive IRL.

Lots of anglers enjoy the diverse fishing simulators, because it allows them (even on a small budget) to fish in waters (be it lakes, rivers or the sea) that they'll never see IRL and "catch" fish they'll never could catch at their local fishing ground.

I personally know a truck driver who enjoys - can you guess it?...exactly: "Euro Truck Simulator 2" and "American Truck Simulator" and all their expansions and DLCs, because it allows him (a truck driver working in local transit) to drive across whole Europe and the American continent (well, at least the parts of Europe and America, which the games deliver).

And that list goes on...

For all these simulator fans and players, their favourite game/genre definitely is a form of escapism. Despite the fact, that some actually work in the field that gets simulated.

For them, it's about their dreams coming true as much as it is possible, without having to change job or residence, etc.

You don't enjoy these games? Fine. Then don't play them.
But don't try to belittle them or the people who play them.

Their money and their leisure time is worth exactly as much as yours.
A game and games arent human, they cannot get offended because gamers say they dont like or want certain games, since they are not adressing the developers that make them , and they only talk about the games which arent human, no one is hurt, and hostility towards a game isnt possible, a game is NOT a person :D

Anyway its a different thing if one would offend Johnny 5 , that friendly robot became an official citizen in the movie and this way he received same rights as humans / people have.

As for playing, people who do not like certain games wont play them ofcourse, still they have a democratic right to think or say they find some games meh , thats democracy, once everything gets censored, democracy is gone.
As long as they dont swear, or use other abusive language a discussion should be possible.

Translator ? what for?

I see English replies, anyone can read it its quite easy, some words might be a problem, grammar might be a problem , then again my Dutch grammar is bad aswell :D
English translates very well in Google, dont try the language to Dutch translator cause the results will be pretty average :D

can we have a translator for this: ( normally i wouldn't ask for one since i dont care what othes say but sine a tranltor is called for how about other parts translated aswell)

Anyway, i dont see the problem, check youtube . millions of videos, lots of other languages, yes with English subtitles how can i or any other know for sure if translations are what the French voice, or other languages say matches the subs?
I can understand enough German to know what something is about .
