Baby on Board

Breja: Twilight. Well, about half of Twilight to be exact. You have not known true boredom untill you've tried watching that. I felt obliged to see what all the ruckus is about, and what is this thing people call "the worst movie ever".

It turned out to actually be the worst movie ever.

MarkoH01: Imo Twilight is actually watchable if you stop thinking about it too much. However the second part is pure boredom. What was even remotely interesting in part 1? It was the relationship between the human and the vampire.
It wasn't. It really wasn't. The human and the vampire in question are the two most boring, lifeless, morose, vapid characters I've ever seen. Everything in that movie is like that. The writing, the visuals, the soundtrack... the only possible defence of Twilight I can imagine is that watching it is an ingenious approximation of what it feels like to actually have your life slowly sucked out of you :P I never touched the sequels. I considered my experiment concluded with the first one. Life's to short to waste on any more of that.

Well ... in Twilight's defense: the vampire always was supposed to be "lifeless" ;)

Unlike Twilight that's actually a hell watching, that movie is actually worth seeing over and over again.

Being left in the car by my parents while they went shopping.
In their defense, it was usually winter, so no danger of heatstroke etc.; I was locked in with my siblings (maybe that should be put in the "cruel and unusual punishment" column) and we were all old enough to be cognizant of the reasons why.

Herding three young children on crowded streets was a nightmare waiting to happen. Babysitters were something other people and movies did. So, we got locked in the car and left to amuse ourselves. Which we did by making dead bodies of ourselves for passers by to admire.

They never actually left us with anything to amuse ourselves with, no books etc., so after a while, we were usually really, really, really bored. And children's time senses being what they are - what seemed like centuries to us was probably only a couple of hours.

To this day, I never go anywhere without something to involve myself with, and it's usually multiple things. :)
