Funnily enough (not) a substantial amount of my posts in that thread was arguing and IMO proving that you threatened someone in it. What do I get from that? I was slandered by you as "vile scumbag" and in here you are pretty much attributing that categorization implicitly to my "overt racism" and being a "far-right dickhead".

You have no shame, and you are blinded by bias. I would be amused if you try to prove what you believe about me. I made dozens of posts in there, so by taking stuff out of context I'm sure you'll manage something.
I saw the news this morning. Goatfucking Islamists strike again. There is no way I can say this without getting too political but I would love to see the US and the European nations close their borders to North African and Middle Eastern migrants and have these Muslims subjected to a cull.

Islam is a tyrannical ideology and completely anti-human and its actual practitioners are thugs. The others simply look the other way and play self-pity while their more militant colleagues stir up trouble. I would love to see nationalists factions in Europe gain official power or at least some smuggled weapons and ammo to help with a cull.

I disagree about the closing of borders. Many people living in those countries are in grave danger because of those Islamists/Muslims you mention and *need* to escape to somewhere safe. Consider, for example, atheists (especially those who renounced Islam) and LGBT people (whose very existence is essentially illegal in some of these countries, sometimes even punishable by death).
low rated
Well, I was hoping for a civil discussion but I see this is going to go down the same road as the Cologne thread again. I had hoped to come back to the forum for more rational debate but the Nazi cunt infinite9 here has proved in spectacular style that it simply isn't possible.

See y'all.

Indeed. I was pleased to hear Canada is prioritizing gay Syrian men. Though that effectively outs them and puts them in danger before they arrive in the country.
See? That's actual islamophobia and implicit support for far right parties. But do you single him out jamys? Of course not, you single the libertarian guy among others.

And instead of confronting the actual "evil" you are probably already running to the report button and trying to 'close the thread' (TM). Right?

PS: I say "evil" in scare quotes because islamic terrorism is obviously factual and a lot of this ridiculous extreme reaction is hatred borne of fear, rather than the opposite. But it's so convenient to atribute malice, especially because looking at the actual causes of why a few assholes radicalized and politicized by specific cultural and religious currents decided to kill themselves and others earlier today is just a bit too close to some sacred cows.

Oh no, you proved it before he did. But keep ignoring your role stoking the flames.

Edit: To clarify, jamys proved he does not even want to have a discussion (running way, desiring threads be closed), let alone a civil one (threatening, insulting and slandering others).

I'm going outside and cooling off. I not only take this shit personally, but I find it horrible how quickly the fact that dozens of people are dead because of being in the wrong place at the wrong time is forgotten. Refugees this, racism that, and people that were blown to bits less than 12 hours ago are already forgotten. Fuck that. I rather be angry than sad at that. And that's not how I like to be. Later...

This is the result of years of left wing enforced political correctness and multiculturism where no one can say anything about anyone else without being accused of some sort of phobia or "ism" people are frightened to say anything about anyone of a different ethnic origin to the point of turning the other way when they see something suspicious plus, their culture is elevated over the that of the host country and Ghettoes allowed to grow up which are no-go areas for anyone else and a breeding ground for dissent and terrorism.
The rise of the these fanatics has been enabled by our weak politicians.
Compassion for those displaced and seeking refuge from war or other disasters should not be denied out of hand but, and that is a big but, not uncontrolled floods and not without screening those who are claiming to be what they are obviously not.
Liberal politicians are just pussyfooting around refusing to recognize any danger or even admit these fanatics are a genuine threat to to all people around the world.
They are not a bunch of disorganized fanatics they are a well controlled, organized and armed with modern weapons If they are allowed to continue to grow in strength they will become unstoppable and many countries will enter a new dark age of oppression.
None of my family members or friends have been caught in either attack.
Even if the saturated communication didn't help to find out :/

Sorry to hear. The world has always been a dangerous place. You could die in your chair right now because something in your body decides to go wrong. Life is so fragile, which is why I probably don't waste my time with politics and hatred for others. Life is hard enough as it is with mental illnesses and just paying my rent.

All you can do is try to stay safe, stay healthy, watch your back and be careful who you trust. Because even doing all of that isn't always enough in this world. Stay safe Belgians.
Deepest sympathy to all Belgians here, and to those who were affected by these terrible tragedies.

Life is precious.

I have to say, I was about to return to Belgium right about now, but I think I may spend easter at home now. On the more cynical side, at least now I don't have to worry about Belgian hostels being full during the holiday.

How do you have so much money that you can travel wherever you want whenever you want?

WHAT IS YOUR JOB AND HOW CAN I DO IT?
Great... both extremists (jamyskis and infinite9) in the same thread again...

it's not as flexible as that, but I do try to paint it on the bright side. Downside, I've been working nonstop since Saturday, pretty much all nighters.

I'm an IT developer, mostly websites as of late. I work over the internet for a small company, that gives a lot of flexibility (which can be good and bad). And money wise, I'm not exactly rich: Yes, I can travel, because I have no hause or car or any other fix cost; and I usually stay in hostels sharing rooms with 4+ people. That said, I do get to travel a lot. I was planning to drop by Belgium, say hello to friends, boss and clients, and then figure out somewhere to head to next. But I'm currently at my parents' so there's no particular rush to leave.

I'd feel bad for derailing the thread, but I can guess how this will go and there's no much point to it IMO. But I can say, on the topic, that after the Paris attacks tourism in Belgium was hit quite a bit, lots of cancelations according to all the hostel staff I talked to over there; and I assume now it will be way worse. Sucks to be them. I guess that's the goal.

EDIT: To clarify, I'm not avoiding to go to Belgium because I'm afraid of being blasted. Us Basques like our fireworks, after all. I'm avoiding to go to Belgium because I'd like to avoid being held up by police for questioning and other annoying stuff like that.
