It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Barefoot_Monkey: Thanks. That's a good idea. Maybe I'll add a shortcut key to toggle the hints for the next update.
That sounds like a neat solution, gets my vote :)
Thanks for pondering it.

JaqFrost: Is there the possibility to edit what shows up under the 'My Account' tab, or a way to set it to the default view? I couldn't find it under the script settings.

I'm really loving the quick post feature. =D I have no idea why I haven't had this installed ages ago! Thank you. =)
I'm glad you like it :D

If I understand correctly, you'd like to be able to control which of the "My Games/Wishlist/Gifts" links get added to the "My Account" menu, right? There's no way to do that now, but it shouldn't be too hard for me to put that into the next version.

Barefoot_Monkey: I haven't seen this happening before, but I'll keep my eye out and see what I can do if it does end up happening to me. In the meantime, I'll have a native Chrome extension available sometime soonish - maybe that will work better for you.
I appreciate that, and look forward to the native extension. Thanks again.

Many thanks for this

Yes, that's exactly it. It would be nice with editable options or, for instance, a submenu of My Shelf which contains the links to My Games, My Gifts, and My Wishlists. The script is already awesome, though -- makes reading the forums so much easier! The ability to filter out the giveaway threads to list them separate is brilliant for when you don't have so much time to browse.

Since you asked nicely, I'll see what I can do ;) When I get the chance I'll look into how GOG does it.

Thanks, will wait patiently. ;-)
Oh wow, this is really handy! Thank you!
Thanks for good addon.
Could you please add to quick-post form buttons to make text italic/bold/underlined (as in regular new post form)?

With an option to hide them. Ctrl-i/b/u/y is quicker than mousing over to the buttons, and looks cleaner.

EDIT: Disregard the comment, I hadn't yet updated to 2.0. Still, the monochrome shortcut display is cleaner than full-color icons.

Nice work on the updates, glad the forum has your dedicated talent!
One thing that doesn't much matter (yet), the menu links for My Shelf, My Games, and My Whishlist link to /en/account/... rather than /account/... (My Gifts link to /account/gifts).

GOG still redirects to /account/... (which is why it doesn't matter much), but perhaps you should look over that just in case they decide to disable that redirection.

Thanks for all the feedback. Lots of ideas here for things to do with the next version :) Here's what my todo list looks like now:

- Toggle quick post shortcut hints
- Make those hints clickable as an mouse alternative to keyboard shortcuts
- Investigate the possibility of uploading images from quick post
- Make extra My Account dropdown menu links optional
- Make those links refer to /account/... URLs instead of /en/account/...
- See if I can add a new forum colour scheme - I think one based on the site wishlist might look good

I'm not sure how long it will take version 2.0 to be available on Chrome Web Store, but you can go here to get a fairly recent version of the native extension, and it will get updated to version 2.0 as soon as it's available.
Again, my thanks Barefoot. I'll try it out for a while and let you know how it turns out. It already appears to be much quicker loading than using Tampermonkey, so that's a plus already!
Can I request a feature here?

I'd love some kind of implementation to filter out new games. All of them are clutter for me since I'm not planning to buy any of those from gog >.> (I like to have them all in another place with some extra features ^^")

Well Witcher games are an exception for me. Maybe some simple button to turn the filter on and off or a tab for only old games, only new games and both for the original view.

If that's too complicated at least some kind of sort by release date feature on discount pages would help me to figure out which games are more probably gog optimized.
