You wont be getting an answer here. Their home site forum is a giant mess filled with bots. Best bet is to go to Steam Forums and see if you can get someones attention there. They do post occasionally.
After my mail to the developers GOG has released version 1.4.012. I wrote to the developers by mail, not here in the forum.

The 1.5.003 update/patch is now available via the off-line installers here on GoG, according to the latest changelog for the game that I received yesterday (14/01/19).

Fixed the disappearance of torches from mucus during flooding.
Fixed freezing and twitching of Beholders.
Horn Spell no longer opens unexplored areas.

Why continue posting changes here we don't get? Gives the false impression that we can update to this. Or the third new DLC coming out next week we wont get. At least I would think they will all go on sale at Steam so I can purchase there and be done with it.
