HimmlerHimself: Look, I have no idea how to go about this. Every time I click on the patch, it brings up winrar, so I extract the files into games/blood and nothing happens. I have no idea how to do this, and I can't understand what you mean by copy the files over. More specifically, I'm really just trying to fix the custom map selector, but when I extract the files from the .94 patch, all it contains is a broken version of the launcher and a text file claiming the patch fixes the map selector. I'm computer retarded. I just need some step by step instructions on how to do this(click this, then click this, copy this to this, etc.).

The custom launcher is pretty confusing in its process, so let's start over.
First, make sure you have all the files completely downloaded; no broken archives. You need the big installation file, then all the individual patch files. (0.9.3-0.9.6)
Run the 500mb One Unit Whole Blood 0.9.3 installation file. Put the path to where you want the game to be installed. "G:\Games\Blood", for instance.
NOTE: Don't install the launcher into an already-existing Blood installation. Put it elsewhere. You might be safer off completely uninstalling GOG's Blood and doing the launcher first.
Once that's done, move GOG's Blood into the Blood Launcher's Games folder. (Right-click the game folder, click copy, then right-click and paste into /Games). DO NOT OVERWRITE ANYTHING! If it asks to copy over an existing file, click no.
Repeat the copy process for the following folders:
BAITD2
Carnage
Friend
Legends
Lines
Pulp
RATMEP1
Sectwar
TWoAFa
Next, in Games\Blood, copy the "game.gog" and "game.inst" files (right-click, cut) and paste into Games\CDMount.
NOTE: You don't need to copy in the "game.gog" file into each game/mod folder; that only needs to be in the Games\CDMount folder.
Now, we need to update the Blood Launcher. Open patch 0.9.4 archive, and copy and paste the contents into the folder where the One Unit Whole Blood Launcher is contained. When it asks to overwrite the file, click yes. Repeat this process until patch 0.9.6.
Now you are done.

Thank you Vagabond! Now I have lotsa maps : D
The link to the fix for bad graphics in Blooody Pulp Fictiion is down. Anybody have another link?
Damn, dude! 600MB+ for a launcher?
[Edit]
Duuuhhh. I see, it contains every frickin' mod and map ever made.
I recently installed everything and the main game works flawlessly but the mod do not have sound. They do have music but soundeffects like gunfire isn't there. I tried to install the launcher and the patches as the readme file instructed but maybe I did it wrong.

Does anybody know I screwed something up (like accidentally overwriting anything) or that it is a setting problem??

Edit: strangely it works now. But the controls do not carry over but that's not a big problem.
And bloodlines crashes when launching a new game

Another thing i have noticed is that it seems to use dos box.73 even though i have 74 installed

Edit2: while randomly testing some mods, my pc locks up when I die while playing a mod. have not had this happen when playing the main game but i haven't died there while testing this launcher.

Edit3: pc locks up while playing the main game also and just random (not while dieing). I must have made some mistake while installing the launcher so I will uninstall everything and try again

And there I was trying to setup bmouse to work with gog's premade configuration without any knowledge of dosbox whatsoever. Very happy to find this, downloading now :)
Thanks for the effort!

And sticky this thread goddamit!
(Now that I think of it, it would be really cool if gog were to include quality gog-user made content among the bonus items for the games. We have this and the resolution patch for outcast and i'm sure there are others as well)
McTecman, you are a freaking genius. Thank you thank you thank you.
EDIT: Also, why the hell is this not stickied?

This is great but there is a thing that i dislike about the laucher, it´s preconfigured controls. This can be changed overwriting anything?

I followed your instructions but it isn't working. The dosbox window closes before loading the game. What the hell?

That's a pretty common DOSBox problem. Try running the game first before doing any configuration.

Okay, reinstalled everything, and now it's working. I did some silly mistakes before. But now I have a small problem, a thing that didn't happened before installing the launcher. When I change the resolution to 320x200, now the screen goes to the left superior side of the monitor. It's easier to understand if you see the image below. There's any way to fix this?

I'm also getting this problem, I don't know what you mean by 'running the game first'.

Before editing the DOSBox .conf file, run the game and make sure it opens/closes properly. Then proceed to edit it.
Yeah, I tried that but I can still only get it to run if I manually launch the default GOG game program, the launcher causes it to crash before fully loading the game, unless I run the Zdoom app.

Hmm... Let me try going through my own instructions exactly and see if the same thing happens. Hopefully I haven't been spreading misinformation for a year. :|

I'm pretty sure the problem is when you copied the GOG Blood install into the launcher's \Games folder, you added the folder rather than the files. What you should do is copy all the files inside the GOG install's folder and paste them into \Games\Blood (which is already made.) Do not overwrite any files.
