elves day 5/ 26th of felsimary
with the news from our diplomat we were rejoiced, we knew as soon as we realized he wasn't dead that our long and close nit family the dark elves had accepted our peace offer.

although we had found peace with them a dark force distant from their homeland was occupying a town. we sent our diplomat out to greet them and inform them of our peace with their kin.

after weeks of waiting we had to make a decision. "my lord with my superior battle tactics i suggest we may have to take them head on, we haven't heard back from the diplomat in weeks. his last message said this as follows"

"my liege i am yet 1 days ride to the town and have prepared gifts to welcome them into our humble world, i will get back to you after this splendid occasion 11th of marchsle"

with much disappointment our lord had the same conclusion that he would follow these actions given to him by his war general. "very well general but this i must see for myself, prepare my personal guards. we leave first thing tomorrow"

lords log 25th of marchsle "our mens moral is highly lowered due to the fact we may have to fight our family but i must hold strong as we are only 1 days march away"

lords log 26th of marchsle "we have arrived at the gates of the dark eleven town only to find it abandoned i will make my next log after we have scouted this town"

lords log 28th of marchsle "this was only an ambush i have lost most my men and am extremely injured myself, only myself and my good friend gorgolf the highmen archer are alive, only time will tell if we can win this futile war with our brothern"

lords log 30th of marchsle "we have conquered this town as i had protected my dear friend gorgolf using entangle as my only protection at my weakened state. was this small town worth our losses or let alone our brothern lives? i say not"

Day 5, Uthman of the Azracs

We have established a larger and spacious camp for ourselves, aided by the wisdom of dwarven cave-masons. The palace has begrudged me any further military support, but I am still permitted to import candles from the surface to light this underworld. All Air mages know how to set up a gentle flow of air, but here that was not necessary. Indeed, the way the air flows through this tunnels, it's clear there's some sort of passage for it to flow through over the waters. I shall have to get the shipyard working, as soon as we have the needed supplies.

Highmen, Day 6

While my men and I keep cleansing the elven dwelling my pionieers have build a new beacon of light in these tunnels. We named the proud new city Ephraim. It may not yet be a match for the ivory towers of Valdora, but from it's white walls we will soon set out to bring peace and purity into these lands.

elves day 6/ 7th of arpilsaw

production has been slow and our lord is yet to heal with the mass wounds he suffered. everyday gorgolf his friend would visit him and offer to go for a walk but our lord rejects every time with the same words. "i fear i am not up to the task as my men were not up to the task of slaying our brothern"

8th of arpilsaw

our lord still refuses to go outside but this may change today with a knock on his door. *knock knock knock* "who is it"
"its i me lord the mayor"
"very well, enter"
"my lord we have some news for you, we have received word that we have found traces of highmen scouring these lands"
with a swift action our lord jumps to his feet almost squashing the poor mayor.
"send diplomats out at once, the highmen with there just cause can offer protection as we are just a family band looking for a new home. and while you're at it its time we reformed the high elves, send an alliance to the fair maiden of the dark elves"

shocked by this quick action the mayor stood there blank for a second than snaps back into reality. "yes me lord i shall be doing it immediately"

without further words our lord sent for gorgolf and they walk together discussing their lives and whats to come of it. before long a bunch of the towns orphans are jumping on top of them and laughing like little kids they are.

"well my dear friend gorgolf i am yet to fear the worse, it appears we have not found a home but made one"
"aye my lord and its a slepndid one at that i say"

The Elves propose an alliance, but they can't even tell that our leader is male? This isn't some manga where the lines are blurry. We decide decline. We're not ready for that level of commitment.

We do manage to recruit some goblins, and we manage to down a rampaging wraith.

What a rejoiceful day. We had cleansed almost all buildings of this dark elven dwelling when word reached us of elven activity. Not of the dark and sinister kind, no. Whole Elves, as they were in times past. It is good to see we are not the only sane beings in these caverns.

days today are still slow but are improving. today our lord set out to destroy and evil nest of trolls and used his power of spells to summon an army!

15th of arpilsaw
the battles were fierce against these two trolls but to surprise we suffered 0 losses as one fell before out might boar and the other with one of gorgolfs arrows in between its eyes. "GOOD SHOT"
