Cant zoom out
Wasteland 2 was fantastic but this game has a zoom level that's way to close. It makes it very annoying to play. I also find the camera pretty bad.

M1 Pro/Max note: Apple users with new M1 Pro or M1 Max chips should note that there are known graphical issues when playing Wasteland 3. This appears to impact multiple titles built in Unity (the engine the game is based on), and is known by Unity and Apple to resolve at the engine and/or OS level. We do not have an ETA when this may be resolved. Until further notice we recommend against playing Wasteland 3 on the M1 Pro/Max chips. These issues do not appear to occur on the base M1 chips; however, your experience may vary.
GOG version supports cross-play co-op via Direct IP.

Great but incomplete
Gameplay is wonderful but the "Deluxe Edition" is horrifically incomplete. The soundtrack is missing several songs from the game yet include reprise versions of those songs, the novellas included look like rough draft versions as there are several errors here and there, making it seem like this extra content was rushed through and was not inspected for completeness.

Damn Good RPG
After playing Wasteland 3 a bit this weekend I can confirm this game kicks ass. I wasn't sure about the whole Colorado theme at first... but playing to Colorado Springs it's won me over. It's still got the same soul as Wasteland 2, just way way better.

Bugs, just wait
Let me start by saying the game is fun. I enjoy the interactables, most of the story, and the combat. If you like the genre, you'll probably like this game. However, I've played 10 hours on a different launcher than GOG and have experienced a multitude of minor bugs and two game breaking bugs. Knowing how some RPGs suffer from this I had multiple saves but re-initiating certain events or sequences brought back the game breaking bugs. I also have a few gripes with the a bit of the UI and some of the balancing, but I think those may be minor bugs as well. Other than that if you like tactical iso-rpgs this is a pretty good one, has the typical Wasteland flair if you're a fan of the series. My recommendation is wait three months and then pick it up.

Great Evolution of the Series
Some out there might wish the game kept skills like safecracking and lockpicking separate, but I for one, found it refreshing to see them combine those skills. Aside from that here are the hilights of my playtrough: 1. Mostly fully voiced dialogue 2. Highly immersive setting and excellent lore and opportunities to explore 3. Combat is challenging on normal difficulty, your rangers will get dropped often. 4. I laughed my ass off throughout the game. It combines gruuesome, gritty and utterly hilarious dialogue, music, throwbacks to society and the past, the Ronald Regan stuff had me laughing so hard I was in tears. Once I got the Goat Mortar... I couldn't stop laughing. After seeing the animation and the noises hundreds of times I still smile. If you have a sick sense of humor, the game will keep you laughing constantly. 5. Replayability, all actions in the game have consequences. If people thought Mass Effect has consequences... this game makes that one look like Clown Shoes. Every choice changes something in the gameplay. Who you kill or arrest or free or ... OMG, so many choices. I have heard the designers even have a special message built into the story for cheaters! I am 56 hours in game and heading back for another play through with different choices. I haven't found a modern game with that level of replayability in years. I don't care for the weapon modification stuff. Not being able to pull off a mod to put on another gun is kind of crappy. Finding all the mods is difficult and a perk will allow you to harvest some of them from scrapping weapons. I found player Melee combat to be lacking, while NPC players will stomp you in melee. Overall, I am on my second playthrough.
