I have attempted numerous times to download it and constantly it repeats can not launch. I was wanting to use the toolset henceforth that I have created mods of the first Neverwinter nights. Someone help me figure this out.

The main game is a good, though not overwhelming classic RPG with a great character and skilling system but an average story and quite a clunky crafting system. You might play it, it's fun, but you might skip it aswell if you're short on time. BUT! There is no excuse for not playing the expansion Mask of the Betrayer. The story is awesome, the atmosphere excels most RPGs I've played in my long gaming history, the voice acting is pristine, the encounters are varied and interesting. Additional to that you have real choices with serious consequences to ake, which not only lead to a different party and a different outcome, but also to different combat styles. Mask of the Betrayer has been often compared to Planescape: Torment, and while that might be wrong in many aspects, it will leave you stunned in just the same way.

One of the best games I've ever played. I played and finished Dragon Age which is the best Dragon Age ever produced but every time i come back to Neverwinter I see that Dragon Age is smaller brother of great Neverwinter. I strongly reccomend this game if you love good RPG games.

I'm a big fan of the series, especially the first game, but this one is still quite fun. I was annoyed by the in-game camera at first. Then I adjusted it in options, and it's much better now. The number of races and classes is staggering. The combat is satisfying though a little dated versus a newer dnd game like Solasta. Though that uses the 5th edition, this 3.5 and more complex in many ways. The main game is fun, and the first expansion is a lot better. One of the better dnd video game stories. I still gotta play more Storms of Zehir, but from what I played, it's a fun, simpler experience. Right now I'm playing the Pool of Radiance fan-made remastered module. Loads of fun! I can see myself playing loads of modules. As well as re-playing the game and expansions with different builds.

The plot writing of Neverwinter Nights 2 (including DLC) is quite good. Although it's a game from 2006, it remains a classic DND game worth reminiscing.
