Great game, a true classic
Plays just like it did in the '90s. Luckily we all have cameras in our pocket now so it makes the kpuzzles a lot easier.

Few are chosen. Fewer succeed.
You stumble upon a battered old book and find yourself transported to the island of Myst. As you explore the surreal landscape, you quickly learn that something has gone wrong.
Terribly wrong.
An ancient betrayal must be unveiled. Secret books concealed on the island of Myst lead the way to incredible worlds born of a master storyteller’s imagination. Yet one by one, they’re being destroyed through the treachery of his sons.
But which one?
Only your wits and imagination will serve to untangle the web of lies and deceit that shrouds the worlds of Myst.
Myst: Masterpiece Edition, released in 2000, is as close to the original 1993 experience as you can get without a CD-ROM drive. Featuring the original point-and-click gameplay style, but upgraded with 24-bit color, a remastered score, and enhanced sound effects.
Begin your journey through one of the best-selling video games of all time with Myst: Masterpiece Edition.

Interesting game
It was on my to-be-played list for a long time, and I finally got around to play it. I love point and click games, puzzle games, so it feels like a perfect match. Despite this, it has certain flaws surely due to its age. The game is not perfect but it is perfectly enjoyable. The cursor doesn't make it clear if something is clickable so you have to just click around and see what you can interact with. Sometimes navigating (especially in the Channelwood Age) can be tricky and confusing. And some puzzles don't make too much sense, like clicking to the bearing of the lighthouse in the Stoneship Age. You can argue your way to make it have sense, but it's very far fetched. Despite this, the fact that there are no UI and tips and hints (in this version at least) aids to the feeling of immersion, which was the clear goal of the authors.

Invested me quickly in the world.
I was very quickly invested in, and bewitched by, the world of Myst. I would highly recommend for anyone who likes puzzle games, as the puzzles are fairly fun to figure out as well (for the most part, looking at you submarine). The graphics may take some getting used to to find some more hidden things, but you will be able to adjust with some patience. Also recommend taking physical notes. It may not be for those who are hard of hearing though, as some puzzles invole distinguishing audio cues.

Good Game!
The Myst game was really good, with interesting and infuriating puzzles.
