MYST 100 year Anniversary

I originally play this game back in 1899 when it first came out. Grampa & I sat on the porch playing whilst Gramma peddled the old Gennny for power. Back in those days electricity was only fer rich folks....but gramma was as strong as Buck skin mule in a banana kickin contest! And we had hrs & hrs of power for FREE!! Grampa always said: if u cant fix it - dont break it!

It's a classic for a reason.

MYST is one of those games that sticks with you no matter how much time has passed. While I prefer Riven, Myst laid the groundwork for the puzzle game genre for years to come. Every puzzle is intuitive and every little step of progress feels like you're doing something important. Uncovering the "mystery" of Myst is basically the foundation for what this kind of game should be.

I played this 30 years apart.

Classic shiz. This game slaps because all the cutscenes are skippable. They had that tech on lock back in the day. Played this on a Compaq Presario in the 90s and that it was tight then, and it's tight now.
