this game is a classic from 2009 i never finished it as a kid but now i can say this is one of the best parkour and speed run game there is

Great platformer with an interesting story. 4 ★'s because it doesn't run perfectly under wine on Linux 🐧.

This is probabbly one of my top favorite games of all time. I saw that I could get a DRM free copy of it here on GoG during a sale ($3!) and decided to pick it up. This game is an absoutely fantastic First-Person Platformer and the best Parkour-based game that is on the market. This game got me into training Parkour back in 2009, and I still practice. There just aren't other games that match the level of detail this one gets right. The momentum, the feeling, how it sounds, everything is spot on. The story the game uses is a little boring, but Faith Connors as a character and the world this game takes place in (At least this version of it.) are of my favorite in gaming.

Mirror's Edge is really the best of both worlds: it's got an incredible aesthetic combined with well-executed gameplay. It takes about a couple of hours to complete but has good replay value, as you can practise completing the levels as fast as possible. Mirror's Edge is one of the few games I've played where everything just feels good. I'm jumping about the city, fighting against corrupt politicians and their goons. Definitely recommend.

I love everything about this game, the aesthetic, the controls, the feeling of running, though It can be quite short It´s a great experience by it´s own, totally recommended and with the price it´s a must buy if you want to try a something different in the FPS world.
