King's Quest 7+8

Though both games have their flaws (VIII especially), I find myself wanting to play both again. King's Quest VII still has the same charm and clever puzzles the series is known for, and I would recommend it to any adventure fan. While it was a major disappointment, King's Quest VIII was still fun to play. If you don't think of it as a King's Quest game it does okay for itself. For the cheap price it is a fine way to spend a weekend. If you have never played a King's Quest game don't start with these two, but they are both nice bits of nostalgia that have aged fairly well.

Have played the game through at least twice already and probably will again! King's Quest is one of those timeless classics!

I bought the package primarily to get KQ7, which I played when I was young. The game works beautifully after all these years, and there is an allure and delight to the vivid illustrations that form the backdrop for your in-game adventures. I loved getting the chance to re-experience so many moments from when I played the game all those years ago!

So far played KQ 7. So many memories... Love it!

installed on windows 8.1 using compatibility mode which recommended windows 8 and it seems to work, i havent played for long but its so far so good.
