Gwent 2019 feels great again!
I loved the beta Gwent. I still miss it sometimes. ...but after Muligan Update Gwent feels right again and I'm loving it :)

A Card game worth trying out
I've played Gwent for a 2 months and I have to say that I'm impressed by the tactical depth and deck diversity of this game. Another plus is the ease with which one can collect quite a colletction. The reward system for playing is quite generous. There is space for some quality of life and UI improvements, but otherwise, I would recommenct that game to anyone who is a fan of the genre.

Seems to have become Hearthstone jr.
Makes me want to play Witcher III again to play decent Gwent games. Originally wanted to play expecting a balanced game, and grow a collection. I rebought Thronebreaker on GoG to get the bonus cards. (Many are just alright... not great or phenomenal... just alright.) Really just another Hearthstone where they match you against high ranked people that paid for the deck packs and just weigh their decks with the latest trick sets until they squishy the set so folks buy the next set making all the previous investments moot. Kind of wish I got into the game a year ago when all the reviews talked about what a great balance the game had and how fun it was for the casual player....

Great game, poor execution
The overall game is great on so many leveles. the Witcher feeling, effects, graphics..., I really love it. But since the release of Master Mirror there are so many small and anoying issues.. from not being able to get to store, constant quest bugs, deck selecting and so on. And not to mention the new unbalanced cards... Removing a row cleansing effect, and then adding cards that apply row effect on both lanes and a card that can apply row effect for 4 turns, while nerfing other row effects to 3 turns, like really? And cards that can't have a status? You might as well just remove the purify mechanic as well alongside with poison and lock. Wild hunt is super imballanced.
