Many of the reported issues appear to stem from missing one of the installation steps outlined below. While we work on improving the installation experience, please ensure you follow all the steps carefully.

Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG, since our version is directly compatible with Fallout: London, you will only have to follow these easy steps:
- Install the English version of Fallout 4: GOTY Edition via GOG GALAXY and disable your cloud saves.
- Get Fallout London in our store for free.
- Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
- Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

Awesome game with teething problems
After two frustating days (game crashes e.g.) all works fine now. I bought a copy of FO4 at GOG to avoid the downgrade of my steam version but it didn't work very well until I have uninstalled the steam version of FO4 (prob the 2 installations shared some files). My additional mods are: Buffout 4, High FPS Physics Fix and xSE PluginPreloader F4 0.3. Btw. you can avoid the game crash in the train to London: Duck and look to the ground and not out of any window.

Oi, tis about the best experience you can get if you wanna see the isles, without moving your arse, Looks like London, feels like London, hell sometimes I can smell the Tames while gaming. Or my PC's jut burning, dunno. Pub crawls, Her Majesty's Twats on the streets with them fancy hats, mugging people, getting mugged... It's all there They even put Rowan focking Atkinson there at some point! Is it crashing constantly? Ay, Bob's your uncle it crashes. As same as every shaite Todd released. But installing Buffout 4 from nexus fixes it on my toaster. So you should be fine Is it filled with bugs? Bollocks, there are more bugs than in Ol'Blighty itself sometimes. My Irish character, which is pale as a milkmans van, gets black sometimes, but you know what? That's life But you are smort. You can Google. And there is always some helpful bloke around that can tell you how to spanner focked up quest, or two. Is it balanced? Life is unbalanced. You go out and you get shanked. Don't believe me? Visit London Let me tell you a story. I played, I stepped into the Thames. After 5 seconds I got 3 STDs and died. End of story If you don't like it, there are mates already releasing mods for about anything on Nexus so they can tie you up with some unlimited ammo or some other shaite. Tis weird they still didn't release any mod that slaps tits on pigeons, or some other hentai. Already two weeks out Lemme be real with you, bloke. If you wait for those devs to release patches for all your pains, it may take some time. Those poor sods did it for last few years for free and they are really focking tired. Do yourself a favor and give it a go. And member, if it ain't crashing every hour, it ain't Bethesda engine. Mind the gap

Stellar game
They call this a DLC size mod but in reality it's a whole new gmae entirely. Awesome world, characters and story. Bugs are the only flaw.
