Many of the reported issues appear to stem from missing one of the installation steps outlined below. While we work on improving the installation experience, please ensure you follow all the steps carefully.

Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.
There has never been a better time to sample the capital’s delights! Fallout: London lets you explore the wonders of the city 160 years after the bombs have dropped, and 40 years before the events of Fallout 3. You can now reimagine Fallout in a London-centric universe, interacting with a brave new world of London-based locations, stories, factions, creatures, weapons, and gameplay mechanics.
The Gentry-dominated London stands on a knife-edge, and you may be the key to which way the guillotine falls. Play a new story set in London with a fresh character beginning, numerous conflicting factions to engage with and multiple story paths and endings with up to 90 hours of gameplay. Its Free and its Great
So, got some crashes b4. reisntalled the game, deletet all config files. There are no more Crashes, game works grea. The Mod is verry niceley made, you can wait for more fixes, but its abosulity playeble.

Meh
It's very buggy indeed, even after installing the first update I still get stuck in infinite loading screens or the game just crashes every hour or so. The quests got bugged so often that in my 13 hour playtime I had to use console commands like 7 times just to get going. Aside from all these technical issues, the game is just boring, the combat sucks and it's unbalanced as hell. You can roam through the city killing average trash mobs in 2 seconds without any issues, then you encounter a legendary mob that one shots you and is so spongy that you need to empty like 20 magazines to kill it. That's if you can make the AI get stuck on something so you can load those 20 magazines in them in peace. The story is just plain boring, not much to say. Many quests go like 5 levels deep, for example, you need an item to progress, but you need 3 items to get that item, but to get those 3 times you need to go to 3 different people and do errands for them and those errands might just require you to do another errand for someone. It's insane. So basically it's a loading screen simulator, where the loading screens might cause the game to freeze, sprinkled in with occasional crashes, tedious quests and unenjoyable, unbalanced combat. I appreciate the effort that went into this but after 10 hours I'm just frustrated as hell. Not beating this one.

Amazing standalone game.
The game is amazing, there is so much to explore. Play wonderful. That being said I do have some thoughts. Mainly about the communit. Bunch of self entitled assholes who suggest broken fixes (like high fps fix that only works for limited people) for things they don't even know the cause of the issue for. If you play this game, BE SURE TO READ CURRENT INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS and AVOID USING MODS. There is a seperate nexus page for Fallout London where patched mods end up. If you play this game, listen to the Developers of Fallout London and ignore the community which has become a closed mindset when Fallout London is trying to embrace an open mindset.

new mod + discounts
New London mod came out, and it required the GOTY edition. I have the game plus all mods on steam, so i decided to buy the GOTY from GOG at full price. I have yet to get to play the new mod because it doesn't seem to work (and i have tried different things with no results). Now the game is on sell a week later while i have YET to play the new mod. think i am about to be done with GOG.

Great mod, minor issues
I've been enjoying myself thoroughly. About ten hours of gameplay across 3 days so far, probably 4 crashes total, and I'm well past the train crash. This rate of crashing is slightly higher than what I would expect from a vanilla FO4 playthrough, but not by much. Voice acting is incredible, the London vibes are immaculate, and I'm having the time of my life.
