Many of the reported issues appear to stem from missing one of the installation steps outlined below. While we work on improving the installation experience, please ensure you follow all the steps carefully.

Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.
There has never been a better time to sample the capital’s delights! Fallout: London lets you explore the wonders of the city 160 years after the bombs have dropped, and 40 years before the events of Fallout 3. You can now reimagine Fallout in a London-centric universe, interacting with a brave new world of London-based locations, stories, factions, creatures, weapons, and gameplay mechanics.
The Gentry-dominated London stands on a knife-edge, and you may be the key to which way the guillotine falls. Play a new story set in London with a fresh character beginning, numerous conflicting factions to engage with and multiple story paths and endings with up to 90 hours of gameplay. Just be aware of what terrible secrets you may uncover in the shadowy gaps amidst the halls of power.
Discover new weapons, creatures, clothing, items, collectables, architecture, foliage and NPCs to complete the London setting. Interact through the world with your custom Atta-boy, with a fresh interface based on the UK’s life-saving Protect and Survive nuclear information campaign.

Wait until patched
I have installed Buffout 4 and got past the train station and am 4 hours in but now crashes on loading. Otherwise it is great, love the UK version of things, but I will stop playing now until they patch it more.

Wow, this is huge!
I've now spent about 5 hours in the London apocalypse and have to say that I'm more than thrilled. It should be noted that I was able to positively influence both the stability and the loading times with the following two Nexus mods. - Improvement 4 - Loading accelerator Yes, the mod is not perfect. But all in all, apart from a single freeze, I can look back on a very smooth and great experience. Many thanks to the FOLON team for their work so far and in the future! The donation is out. Keep up the good work :)

What a Great MOD, just, Mind the Gap!
This is definitely a 5/5 mod. Note if this was a game made by a team of people, using there own assets, marketing and/or collecting endorsements via other company/agencies instead of using community support, this review would have far less stars. BUT THIS IS A MOD, a passion project made by a group of Fallout fans, who by the way did fantastic job sourcing out all the talented and creative minds for this project, and so yes its not prefect. However for the review's I find with 1 STAR saying " I cant play it" I urge you to join the discord and try agian. Team Folon has been amazing in the amount of help and quick fixes for most issues. Making most of the mod playable (I have already completed 1 play through and have over 24 hours in different LVL33 character, that is not a brag, just to show it does work). They have even set out huge amounts of time for 1on1 help with completely instilling the mod. With that being said this project still has a lot of work which we have seen the team is not shy to take on, plans for a hotfix and patches are already in motion. And the argument that people make, this feels a lot like pre unofficial patch Fallout 4 release, yes , I agree but so far better than Bethesda, a huge triple A company..... THE FEEL IS GREAT, they do a great job of bringing Fallout to London. Clearly setting its self apart from the typical American Fallout, you get the sense that this is fallout, but things are not the same. You really feel like your in the Fallout universe far away from the commonwealth and all the dealings of the "Lads from across the sea". Not getting to far away from the lore you can imagine all of this could actually be happing in London as they have told. In addition to adding a TON OF EXTRAS giving this mod tens of extra gameplay hours, they have go as far to re do all assets and build all the map's from the ground up. So for now ill leave my review with 4 STARS knowing if the team keeps up the hard work this will turn 5 STARS.CHEERS MATES

Fallout London mod
I downloaded the mod and bought the game of the year edition fallout 4 I got to the train crash and the mod was broken but a week later it's mostly fixed I am really surprised on how much they have done to fallout 4 to make it a brand new game. awesome work guys. play this on gog make updates easy I am playing it on a gaming laptop rtx 4060 great update 👍

Crashing ALLLLL THEEE TIMEEE
It`s the best Fallout since Fallout 2 in my opinion. Great (dark) music, well balanced (it`s relatively tough on normal) and atmosphere is spot on! Bethesda should take classes from these guys. This is what Fallout suppose to be. It`s clear it`s made by true fans. Please fix the constant crashing. I can`t wait to play it. It`s too frustrating at the moment.
