Fall of Empire Earth
This game can always count on the place in my list of Top Ten Most Broken Games of All Time. But it has its charm.

Empire Earth 3 is *good*.
I can't understand some of the reviews here. I found this to be an excellent game. It's as good as AOE 3 and better in some ways. Ok, I only use single player so I have no idea about other options but for what I want it's great, and very entertaining. I've had no problem with any bugs. It's a smooth enjoyable experience and I prefer it over AOE 3 DEF for now.

EE3 The most dissapointing sequel ever
after reminiscing about the glory days of the early 2000s playing Empire Earth; Rise of nations, i decided it would be a fun trip down memory lane to download it onto my lap top. When i saw that there was not only a second, but third empire earth, i became overwhelmed with excitment. In the 20 or so years that have passed, the classic strategy game could of only improved, i thought to myself... how wrong i was. its feels as though it has been rushed in design and details, its is in no way similar to its predecessor which bears the same title. on the skirmish setting i conquered the hardest AI with little difficulty of enjoyment. The units under your control are, for the most part unresponsive and move in an unasthetic jerky motion. If your a fan of strategy games please do not buy this title. save your 13.50 buy something else

Doesn't live up to the other two.
This game is not that good. Actually it was surprisingly not fun either. The graphics are fine, it just they tried to create a more starcraft feel, and it alienated fans. We played EE not because of Starcraft but because of EE. Still 10 dollars is a steal compared to the original price, but it doesnt live up to the other two. The concept was good though, it was just execution

Agreed: Empire Earth III is terrible
The reviews of Empire Earth are overwhelmingly negative - and I must agree, unfortunaetly. (I dare say it is a waster of money, but on sale for less than a coffee? I'll accept the cost and now know firsthand why everybody calls it bad...) Back on topic: Empire Earth I and II both try to be a real time strategy game which is a mix of fantasy, oversimplification and realism. - Both games I enjoyed "back in the old days". Empire Earth III, ehm, what does it do? It reminds me of the early settlers games such as Settlers 3 or 4 with a more comic-like graphic, yet it is played out over regions that are supposed to be spread across the world.... I only spent 30 minutes on it at the time of writing playing in one region: I miss the extensive buildings, the technology tree, the more extensive economy. I do not like the graphics style (for an Empire Earth game)... - And why do we only get three roughly shaped civilisations? I'd advise against puchasing this. If you must, then only during a sale and research it in more depth to see what you are getting yourself into. - And I need to decide whether I want to keep this on my harddrive or not... Whether this is a good or bad game is an independent question. Empire Earth III is definitely NOT an Empire Earth game in the style of I and II.
